This is my second time encountering this particular employee. Not sure if he is the owner or the employee but the way he talks to customers is impatient, showing no empathy and speaks in a very condescending way. Has to be the worst UPS employee I ever came across.

Woke up early and walked a mile with a 12 lb box that I planned to drop off on my way to an appointment in SOMA. Posted hours for Friday start at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 8:35 AM and stayed outside until 8:45 AM and the store was not open during that time. I then had to run another mile to my appt that I was now going to be late for with an extremely heavy box that was supposed to be left at UPS.

John Luk was amazing. He helped me ship two packages, answered all my questions without being bothered. Had a smiley face the entire and gave me a great customer experience. I hope the store is able to recognize this gem of a person.

Went to ship my documents today. In and out in 2 minutes. The lady attending everyone, Zainab, was kind, courteous and fast.

Update- what is up with this location? Tried to drop off an Amazon return, and they are closed an hour early. Why is there no reliable UPS stores or fedex locations?
Walked in this morning to drop off the package, and there was no one in the store. Like, no worker at all. There was a sign that they would be back at 9:30a. The worker finally came back, she was the only one working and has to leave to take bathroom breaks. I told her that anyone could have stolen anything from the store (computer equipment, packages, etc). But she said she can’t lock the door, so just has to leave it unlocked while she leaves. Very strange, and not secure. There should be enough people working so packages aren’t left unattended to be stolen.

Please avoid this location, the old guy takes forever to process anything. It took him 45mins to take a finger print. Not sure what is worse, this one or the USPS around the corner. But it's ok if you have 2 hours to kill in the store.

Employees have been very helpful. I had to find a notary quickly and they located one for me at the Howard Street store. Very nice ladies.

Really bad customer service. The lady at the store was inefficient and very rude. She refused to notarize my documents for random reasons, think she was just lazy to attend me.Got my work done at the next UPS in FiDi.

Great Staff and nice customer service! We made an appointment for a notary service along with a package mailing. Juana was really friendly and helped us with the process efficiently. I'd highly recommend this store~
