We came to Tumi to get a repair on my backpack, and while the SF mall may get a bad rep about being ghost town, don’t discount some of the great stores that are still there! Sam helped us and he was such a warm, friendly personality that was ready to help us out! He made the process easy and provided fab conversation. We will def be back and hope that Sam is there again!! Thanks again, Sam!

Had to bring in my bag for repairs. 5 years of hard core travelling. Sam was very helpful. Also pointed out some great new items they are offering. The store offers a great shopping experience.

This store is great. A gentleman named Sam helped me find what I was looking for, compare many different options, and answered all questions with excellent service. Got the custom initials engraving which was nicely done, and in a short time too!

$1,200 for a suitcase? No thanks. Unless you hope to gain status by spending far too much on a roller bag, go to Samsonite and spend maybe 20% of what they are charging here

Zun at the San Francisco store is amazing and super helpful. Right before closing which is at 8pm she went out of her way to help me with getting my bag fixed and even stayed a little late to double check everything and provide excellent service.

No monogramming machine. No estimate of when it will be fixed. Reading in the reviews that 5 months ago it was already broken… ?

Was honestly dissappointed with my visit. The sales person was not any knowlegable and tried to explain me that Tumi is originally a German brand. The other lady, apparently a security person, had to lock and unlock the entrance door, even during normal working hours.

I had called earlier to see if the monogramming machine was working as the last two shops I had gone to had busted machines. Nobody answered the phone here so I decided to drive across town and give it a shot.Got there 30 mins before closing. The doors were locked and the shop girl was vacuuming, so I had to wait outside until after she was done. (?)Predictably, the machine was out of service.Answer the phone. Fix your monogramming machine.

Staff was so helpful. I just dropped off my bag for repairs, and they were super through. They also had to deal with some really strange characters coming in and out and they are very patient and professional
