I wasn’t super particular about the flowers for our Oct 2023 wedding but I had a color scheme in mind. Cathy was efficient and direct. Everything was perfect the day of. My bouquet was beautiful, the center pieces were gorgeous, and the welcome table vase was amazing. They were so wonderful. One regret is I didn’t have a plan for my bouquet afterwards and I composted it. I wish I planned to get it pressed or preserved but I didn’t.

The Bud Stop was so pretty and their prices are soo good!! Each flower is priced individually per stem and the price board is right when you walk in! I bought my bouquet for $40 and the service was amazing! I loved the way they came out and my peonies blossomed after an hour. I will definitely be coming back

I spent too much time overthinking it. Once I was in the Marina on another errand I remembered this longtime favorite florist, The Bud Stop. I needed a delicate, small bouquet for my neighbor whose longtime companion dog of 17 years had died of old age. The Bud Stop assembled a beautiful arrangement of salmon and cream colored ranunculus, soft lilac tinted chrysanthemums and white roses. It was really perfect. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, a larger arrangement than I expected for a small budget and lovingly assembled with care. You couldn't ask for better service. Service, selection, freshness, price, The Bud Stop ticked all the boxes. I will only go here when I need or want beautiful flowers.

I really love going to the Bud stop weekly for my flowers. I am actually really annoyed I have to post this here but maybe I will get their attention. I have felt that over the last few months, their standards have been going down. Some newer staff have really been putting in a sub par effort at building bouquets for their customers. They are more interested in random conversations in the back, giving their customers side eyed glances when they ask questions and just getting someone out the door instead of giving good service. I had a really bad experience today where I asked a young lady to build me a second bouquet identical to the one I had seen them build right before and all she did was add filler flowers to a pre build bouquet and charge me for it. Honestly, it’s just a freaking bouquet and I shouldn’t be so upset but I love supporting smaller businesses even if it means paying more and I just think it’s time these businesses put in an effort. Start with hiring people who want to serve customers.

I highly recommend the Bud Stop. Their floral arrangements are like an art form. I ordered flowers for my daughter's baby shower luncheon, and they did not disappoint. I went in not knowing what I wanted and went back and forth on how many vases I needed for a 6' x 5' rectangular table, vase choice, color of flowers, etc. They could not have been more patient and accommodating. In the end, I left it to their discretion. When I saw how beautiful the arrangements turned out I almost jumped for joy. Guests were commenting on how beautiful they were and asking where they came from. Thank you Bud Stop for your professionalism and for making our day special, and a special thank you to Cathy for her suggestions and exquisite taste.

Delightful floral arrangements and impeccable service make and the staff was so kind and helpful to us. we had great experience and they helped us to make perfect selections for our wedding. Lovely flowers and it’s fun to pick them out and build a bouquet- however the customer service isn’t great. Ladies working there weren’t that friendly in my opinion.

Wanted to leave some positive feedback here for Hannah. She built my daughter 3 stunning bouquets for her 3 pre k teachers on her last day of school on a very tight budget. The girls here absolutely know what they’re doing and every customer I saw left with something gorgeous. Peonies, chrysanthemums, marigolds, roses, tulips, proteas… this place has a great stock of top shelf flowers. Cheers! Will be back next time I’m in trouble with the wife and need a get out of jail free card.

Dealt with The bud Stop herself for my daughter’s engagement party. Has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. Rude, manipulative and absolutely no respect for customers or people in general. Support any other floral small business in San Francisco (there are a ton) but do not support The bud stop - she will ruin any happy occasion that flowers are supposed to symbolize. Wish I could give zero stars - I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life.

This place is the WORST! The customer service is horrible and the owner is so unprofessional, rude and racist. I am a black woman and she asked me if my hair was real or a wig. This place made me feel frustrated, disappointed and humiliated. Can't even begin to describe what a nightmare it is dealing with them for such a simple bouquet. Complete waste of time and money. There are so many wonderful florists in San Francisco who get it right, especially when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
