Most online clothing companies have free returns with the company you have to pay shipping if your order is below $150 and you have to pay to ship back. How to know if the items fit right .. I am going to pay $18 dollars just to try out the clothes.

Read their policies carefully and be 100% sure you are making the correct purchase before submitting. They are unable to change or cancel your order after 15 minutes - and that's only if you can reach them. Seems a bit crazy in 2023, especially when taking advantage of seasonal sales where you're guessing on future sizes. (Because, you know, kids.)My issue is my fault but also an honest, normal mistake. Now I have to wait for all the clothes to arrive, email them for a return label, send them back, and wait for a refund. Lots of things can go wrong during that process and I'm anxious it won't go smoothly.I generally like the quality of these clothes but I'm a stickler for good customer service. I'll be sending everything back as opposed to just the erroneous sizes. ?♀️

Major supporter of this company for years however, the customer service and call center is abysmal and refused to let us talk to anybody higher up or discuss. Our concern hours are different than what they email you that are available for customer service and quality has gone down have been shopping here for 12 years and cannot get a person who is from the company to call and told “that’s not an option for any customer” shows wear website information and email response conflicted and was told that was not their problem. Really need to have a way to reach a corporate office directly.

Free shipping does NOT apply for Canadians! Don't be tricked into spending $150 on your purchase to get free shipping, despite what it says all over their website and promotional emails. Also beware of additional FedEx charges of over $50. It cost me $75 in unexpected charges to get one small order delivered. Will never shop online with this company again.

Very Nice Items, but be careful of promo codes. They do not apply properly and when calling for support they give you reasons it's not valid, even though there is none of that stated in the promo offer.

I absolutely love their sample sales and try to buy their clothing as much as I can. A few requests/suggestions: for sample sales, it would be great to separate days by size to reduce crowding. Having all sizes every day gets too hectic and impossible to find a place to sort. What about a day for sizes N-6 and another for 7-16? Also, the larger sizes are always low- how about making more large size inventory - they will definitely sell. But, thank you, thank you for making size 16 for boys!!! A lot of competitors are pulling out of the larger sizes so it's a win-win for you and for our large kiddos (my son is 9 and wearing a size 16). Thank you for the online sales, too (a lot of parents can't afford the full price items but love your clothing.

I absolutely love your clothing and your customer service. With your help, I was able to fix a mistake I made ordering a package to my old address. It was a present for my 4 year olds birthday in 6 days. Flor and another staff member helped me track down my expensive package at a local usps location, and I was able to pick it up during my lunch break. I am so grateful and looking forward to seeing these adorable clothes on my daughter.

LOVE Tea Collection kids clothing! I've been buying this brand since my oldest was a newborn (9+ years), and the style, quality, value, and customer service cannot be beat! The style is always super cute with designs that stand out season after season, the quality is amazing for the price, and the clothes fit really well and comfortably. I love that most of the pants have adjustable waists which allow for longer wear. I buy a size or two up, roll up the bottoms (always a cool look, anyway) and cinch the waist. Because of the amazing quality, I've been able to stretch out the wear for two or three years, and the clothes hold up beautifully. And THEN my younger son inherits them! Still holding up! Tea Collection may seem a bit pricey, but this brand has saved me tons of money over the years, because they last forever and I never have to buy new clothes for my youngest. And to top if off the customer service folks cannot be nicer and more helpful. Thanks, Tea!

I actually have no experience with this, but I was relatively impressed with the accuracy of the work and the simplicity. I hope there are things I like about these services.
