As well, my vintage industrial floor lamp arrived timely, undamaged, and was packaged carefully and securely. The lamp was as described and pictured on the website. S16 is my go-to store and experience for home decor. The selection is impeccably curated. And the service is exquisite. There's no place quite like it in the country. I used to live a block away, and my SF apartment was built around S16. I now live in NYC, and still look to S16 to build my aesthetic. Shipping is easy, and the remote service is just as personal as the in-store experience. We LOVE our dresser purchased from S16 and are so pleased to have purchased this heirloom piece to commemorate our 7th wedding anniversary. The piece arrived in fantastic condition, clean and oiled. What an amazing store! I found a bar stool online that I really wanted, which was the first time I had heard of S16. After a couple of emails I bought the item and went to pick it up a couple of days later. The email experience was excellent, and since it's the way so many of us conduct business now, it left at outstanding first impression. When I arrived at the store I was absolutely in awe at the merchandise. The store is incredibly tiny, but that doesn't stop it from having great things, yet still have plenty of room to move about. Everything in the store, and I mean EVERYTHING, works together in an amazing way. It's very well curated, and there was so much I wanted to just buy and bring home. Another great side note, while the store doesn't stock or sell "cheap" things, the prices are very reasonable for the high-end, ultra-quality items they sell. I'll be keeping my eye on this place and will most certainly pick up more things in the future.

A beautiful currated store of wonderful one-of-a-kind type decor items. Always a nice place to check-out for gifts or additions for the home. The owners are a joy to work with and very knowledgeable.
