If 0 stars was a possibility I’d click that option. The WORST and most stressful tax service I have received was from roberto at this location. He incorrectly put MOST of my information on my tax form, one being my annual wage! Avoid this PLACE and Roberto Tellez at all costs. Very unprofessional and when I told him about his mistakes he was rude and kept insisting he hadn’t made a mistake. Don’t come here for your taxes ❌

My younger brother had his taxes done here. Worst person possible !!! Government officials came to our house posing we committed tax fraud!! Now WE owe the government thousands. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want trouble with the law and your life ruined!!!

Don't come here for notary! I called to check if I needed to make an appointment and was told to just come in. When I walked in, I was first told that I needed to wait 25 min. Then the notary was very impatient with me when I tried to explain the requirements I received from our lawyer. After some back and forth, he told me that he would not stamp on the documents right next to my signature as per requested. He showed no interest in listening and insisted on his way which didn't meet the requirement from my lawyer. I left the place feeling frustrated.

They are a friendly staff, helpful and very knowledgeable of their work. You can have lots of questions and they'll answer them clearly and precise, with as much detail as possible. No compliants here. I've been a customer for quite some time now. Dreading the day I don't get a refund
