Ordered a $135 arrangement based on the photos online to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The one I received did not include any exotic flowers featured in the image, even though I specifically requested them in my order.
Several flowers were browning and wilting when the arrangement arrived. Lots of carnations and mums, not worth the money.
I sent an email to the florist that same evening and they have yet to respond.

I've been to Nigella Flower Shop for months, and I would say it is the best flower shop in the Bay Area. Everyone working there is amazing, and they have an exceptional sense of taste. I've been working in the design industry for 8 years, and this place can handle any flower creation.
They don't just make things 'pretty'; they create pieces of art. I especially want to give a special thank you to Seth, who created my flower arrangements. If you want a special flower arrangement for your design or any table setting, you definitely want to check out this place and have a consultation with them. They will create a piece of art for you.

If your flowers are for a special occasion, don’t take the chance with Nigella. They delivered my order late even though I called and physically visited the store to emphasize i needed the flowers delivered in the morning.

I am deeply grateful to have experienced the kindness and bravery of JR, the owner of this enchanting shop, firsthand. When my sister and I found ourselves running past his shop from a potentially dangerous stalking situation, JR selflessly came to our aid, shielding us from harm and ensuring our safety. He went above and beyond, escorting us to a secure location with compassion and care. I ordered my wedding bouquet through Nigella and it was beautiful. I didn’t want a large bouquet so I ordered the Bestie size and it was perfect. The flowers were in great condition and the process to order online was seamless. Would totally recommend!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!!! I purchased 2 Large Xerographica Air Plants at the store. Within the same day I had to exchange them because they broke in half. 2 weeks later I found fungus all over both plants. When I took them back to the store I asked for a return. They took the plants and REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. It has been a month and I still do not have a credit. The employees in the store state that only the owner can give me a refund. I have called him 4 times. He will not return my call. The employees in the store have an overall attitude of not caring. I am an Interior Designer that has brought a great deal of business to the store for my clients. I will NEVER shop here again and you should not either.

I am happy to have found a florist that takes great care of my sister’s birthday flowers two days after Valentine’s Day. As a florist, myself, I know that this can be challenging, but Nigella did a great job and sent a beautiful arrangement. Thank you!

My boyfriend has gotten me flowers from Nigella before and every time, I was in awe at how beautiful the arrangements are. However, this year's Valentine bouquet was FAR BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. My boyfriend was embarrassed to give them to me. I wondered why and when I finally saw them in person, I understood why. He ordered 2 arrangements and both started decaying within day 2 and 3. For the amount they charge customers, you would think they would put much care and love to these arrangements. Both my boyfriend and I reached out to the team and unfortunately have not gotten any kind of response.

I bought and picked up a bouquet on 2/13/24. Upon receiving it I didn't notice that half of the bouquet was already withering/dying. I had bought flowers from Nigella before and this had never happened. I reached out via email and Rubie responded promptly, letting me know they would make it right by sending over a new bouquet by delivery. The new bouquet was stunning and what I expected from Nigella. I understand that it was probably the busiest week of the year for a flower shop but the fact that Nigella was able to make a new bouquet and send it out on V-day shows how much they care about their customers and their experience. A big thank you to Rubie and the Nigella team!

Looking for floral arrangements for any occasion in the Bay Area…this is the place! Special events, birthdays, weddings, recitals, births, graduations, promotions, retirements, get well, holidays or for no reason other than “I love you” they have got you covered. Pickup or deliveries are possible but try to visit the location for floral eye candy that will make your day. Gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful.
