Ordered flowers for a friends birthday and i it was beautiful and came in a nice vase and a note from me. Great quality for a good price. My friend loved it and it made her so happy. Online order was easy and it was delivered next day in the late afternoon.

I tried writing a negative review on their website due to a negative experience and it automatically added an additional star to my review. I didn’t receive any updates about my order as to the time of arrival or anything until the person dropped it off at my door and left; they couldn’t even wait 30 seconds to hand it to me and just left it outside my apartment complex. What if I wasn’t home at that time? I would have at least appreciated some sort of time-window for the delivery or some estimate but received nothing. The only confirmation I received was 5 DAYS LATER. Pretty disappointed considering how much I spent on the arrangement. Also disappointed that they altered my review. Makes it hard to trust them in the future.

MEL! IS! THE! BEST! Just to start off, I ran into their shop less than a week before my wedding. I was freaking out because I didn't like any of the bridal bouquets I was looking at other places. I used to live near the shop and bought my weekly flowers from there because they have a really good selection compared to most and the best prices. I asked Melanie if she could make me a bridal bouquet, with a lot of hanging foliage, jewel tones, eucalyptus. I had a pretty low budget and was just happy she was able to do it so quickly. AND MAN, DID SHE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND BLOW ME AWAY! First off, she got me out-of -season hanging fuzzy pink flowers right out of Dr.Seuss (fuzzy worms) that I have never seen before but were my dream flower to have on that bouquet. She even dyed some of my eucalyptus gold so that it lasts 3 YEARS! Lastly, she remained under budget! She managed to create something so incredible and still gave me a just as incredible price. I mean, the photos should speak for themselves, but this large, beautiful bouquet survived a pretty high toss and was fresh, crisp and just as beautiful as the first day FOR OVER A WEEK!!! This bouquet was breathtaking, everyone was obsessed with it, and I will never forget about it. She not only has beautiful vision, style and choice, but provides amazing quality flowers for the best price possible. I have lived in a lot big cities, and she is the best. If I still lived near her, I would be buying her flowers every week. Everyone there is the best and is always there for you. We love you!!

I was in need of a floral arrangement last minute. I told her my price range and concept and she created a wonderful arrangement. The shop is full of fresh, beautiful flowers and they are getting into succulents too. They are very kind and accommodating. Great service and great people.

my second time buying from them, 1st was my moms birthday last year and second was this mother's day where i purchased 4 floral arrangements from them. 2 were placed online the night before, one for pickup and the other for delivery . it was delivered perfectly, instructions were followed perfectly. the other 2 i actually stopped by early before work and i asked if theyd be able to make me 2 more quick little bouquets which i understood if they couldn't since they were busy ON MOTHERS DAY. but they came through and made me an amazing set of exquisite floral bouquets. For the quality and details , the price is great. $30 each for the shown , other places ive gone too hace charged me like $50 for something like that. 10/10 recommend!

The woman here was so rude. We went looking for a gift and see if they had any balloons or flowers. The only response we received was to go somewhere else, we asked her for anything available and the only response was rude. Her attitude was like she really doesn’t like working there.
