Giles Gella was a very accommodating and kind sales advisor. Hope to see him again whenever given the chance. He did not make us feel like we were not welcome in the store and made sure to handle our needs during the visit.

I was able to meet with Venus not too long ago and she truly paid attention to what I was looking for. She ended up being able to allocate a piece for me that I have been looking for with no luck at all. Venus was hands down the most attentive and helpful SA that I have met and I will continue to go back to her for her excellent service!

I bought a large bag paid a good price for it and they gave me the smallest bag to walk out with my purchase. I didn’t notice till I was looking at my bag and realized ima have to fold my bag in order for it to fit smh. Experience was a good one sales person was kind.

I wanted to give a shout out to Roxanne at Goyard in SF. I visited this located while I was on vacation earlier this year and Roxanne assisted me with my purchase. I was between two colors and Roxanne was extremely helpful in providing me guidance on which color I should purchase. After figuring out the color, I was hesitant to pull the trigger on the item. Roxanne was patient and did not push the purchase. I eventually purchased the item and could not be happier.
Fast forward to a month ago when I was looking to purchase a bag. I reached out to Roxanne to do a distance purchase since there are no Goyard stores in my area. The transaction was seamless and I would not recommend her enough.

Roxanne is fantastic! She is very polite, friendly, and most importantly, helpful!
I had been eying a limited bag and had tried to reach out to my local LA store unsuccessfully. Roxanne picked up the phone for the SF store and immediately began to help me correct some info on my account.
She not only successfully got me the bag I wanted, but was exceptionally patient while setting up payment and delivery timelines (I had back to back travel planned).
I highly recommend Roxanne if you are looking to make a Goyard purchase!

Worked with Roxanne here, when I walked in I was looking for the limited edition Saint-Pierre Card Wallet, Jet Black. They didn’t have it in stock that day, however Roxanne was able to procure it for me and contacted me soon as one came in. Super grateful for her follow up, she’s the one to go if you’re looking for something in particular.

I have had the most amazing experience with the San Francisco Goyard boutique but more specifically with ROXANNE MAHONEY. She is the most pleasant and knowledgeable Client Advisor I have ever worked with at any luxury brand! She went above and beyond to help me and was very patient and flexible while I was making my final choices. Highly recommend shopping with her. She’s the best!???

Mikey was sweet, informative, and very attentive! He helped me compare the Artois and Anjou Tote and I finally settled on the Anjou. The store had a warm environment which set the tone for my overall experience. All the SAs seemed very welcoming which I liked. I look forward to coming here again. Best store ever!

Giles is the best SA - I’ve read reviews online and decided to tried emailing him to try my luck and was super surprise to hear back almost right away! He’s detailed, knowledgeable and super helpful. I was able to get what I wanted seamlessly. So happy to be able to reach out & get Giles to assist. Will definitely recommend and contact Giles again - My go to Goyard person! :)

Venus is the best! I've moved away from the Bay Area to a city without a Goyard boutique, but Venus is still always super helpful when I reach out to her about items I'm interested in and arrange for fast shipping. She is always responsive and lovely to speak with. Venus provides a wonderful shopping experience that matches Goyard's beautiful products even I'm away! Thank you!
