I’ve been consigning with Jane for years and am a huge fan of her and her lovely store. She really cares about her customers and their experience. Love supporting small businesses in the neighborhood! Highly recommend a stop in - so many treasure!

The owner of this establishment finds it necessary to make comments on her patrons bodies incessantly. Trying to guide someone toward what you believe to be the right size is not worth ruining their entire shopping experience. Antagonizing someone under the guise of customer service is appalling and antiquated. She appears to be stuck in the 1990's when it was ok to say whatever you wanted about someone else's body. Snap back to the present my friend, or continue to lose business!

I had the pleasure of visiting Jane consignment yesterday. I have to say this store is a gem! But, more than the store being amazing; Jane herself is great! Not only did she offer a lot of options for me as soon as she realized what my style was. She also had things that could fit me and I'm plus size! She's very knowledgeable of everything that she has in stock! She also is very personable and friendly. Her store was well stocked, clean, super "in the now" and vintage. If you're a thrifter or collector like I am, this is definitely a San Francisco spot worth visiting!

They have such a lovely selection of clothes and I am able to bring over things that they might want regularly. She is meticulous about her choices and gently worn things are looked over very carefully. I've found some lovely cashmere pashminas there and am always tempted with the wide range of sizes and styles.

Maybe the styles here are different than where I’m from but the clothing at this store made me think of the piles of clothing my 73 year old mom would have that she had dug out of the back of her closet that she hadn’t worn in decades and wanted to give to goodwill. The woman that owns or runs the place was very nice tho!! I definitely wouldn’t find anything for myself here but maybe some old grandma types might find something.

Such a cute little shop! Jane has tons of fashionable finds, ranging from designer, vintage, and nicer mall brands like Banana Republic. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent!

I brought in some items to sell on consignment. Jane especially admired a silky, translucent floral kerchief, which she placed under the glass of the counter. She asked me if I wanted her to return any items that didn't sell. I said that she didn't have to. She looked up at me and we locked eyes for a moment, and I immediately realized my mistake. If she didn't have to be accountable to me for my items, what motivation did she have to share any profits with me? Sure enough, when I went back to see how my items had done, two of them had disappeared, including the silky kerchief! She said that she can't be responsible for every item in her store, as they "walk out" of there all the time. From behind the counter? Lesson learned.

Jane is amazing! I've been buying/consigning with her for years now & you never know what great find you will come across in her store! The prices are on point & Jane takes such great care of all of her patrons. She's always so friendly & enthusiatic about helping folks find just the right thing. What a gem!

I can’t recommend this consignment shop more! The store is stocked with great brands at good prices and has an eclectic collection of styles. The owner is very kind and you can tell that the business is her passion. This store is a breath of fresh air from San Francisco’s often overpriced and overhyped thrift scene.

I’ve been shopping at Jane’s for 20 years now - I’m a dedicated consignment shopper and her shop is the best in the Bay Area! She offers something for everyone with a wide range in styles and prices. She is helpful without being pushy, as some shopkeepers can be. Inevitably, the clothes I get the most compliments on are items I’ve purchased at Jane’s :-)

I got a good haul of fun clothes. Red jeans, fuzzy red vest, dress that fit like a glove. Jane helped me pick out the items and was super friendly! I visit every time I go to SF and always find something funky and/or classy.

I am a big fan of Jane Consignment. This neighborhood shop is filled with gems. Luckily I live nearby but I would still drive across town to shop Janes. The stock is so fun and eclectic....designer, vintage and loads of jewelry. I never come out empty handed.
