Deandre is one of the best managers of FedEx that I have ever met. I ship items regularly and he was so helpful earlier today. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I appreciate his positive energy and know my packages will be handled with care thanks to him and his staff at this location.

Honestly the people here are always so nice. Parking sucks I won’t lie to you…but I’ve never had an issue with getting great service and today I walked in and they let me print my label for free and they finished packaging my box for me nbd. Surprisingly just a easy experience which I was not expecting

Super slow and unhelpful; waited 20 mins to try to print a poster and then they told me the machine broke down
Tried charging me 2.5 times the amount of the actual printing job
Went to the FedEx print and ship on Market St and I was in and out in 15 mins

Extremely unpleasant experience with Ray. Was actively mean and curt for literally no reason. Am sure the other clerks are ok but avoid Ray if you can, he will try and ruin your day for fun.

I have been a customer at this store twice in the last 6 months. Both times, Jeff helped me and my daughter with printing. Once for wedding save the dates and the most recent time with some gift cards for holiday gift baskets. Jeff is truly one of the most pleasant and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in a service situation. He’s patient and knows his way around the shop.

Ray is the best. He’s solutions oriented and has always been the most helpful in all my business shipping needs. serendipitously he’s also helped a colleague and good friend of mine so much so that without me sharing what employee at this particular FedEx was helpful she knew it was Ray! in the era of customer experience, he gets it!

Jacob and Dalynn helped me with a project and were both very patient and helpful when advising me! I needed help scanning a few art prints and I could tell they wanted to make sure the final product was what I wanted. They spend extra time editing some of the scans for me and Jacob even showed me a few photoshop tricks. I'm VERY grateful for all their help! A++ customer service!! I highly recommend this location if you're looking for help with a project. Thanks so much!
