I would like to preface this review with I was having a very busy day so I came in with a bit of an attitude. They were still very attentive to me, notice when I was hopping the line because I thought one might be shorter than the other. Coming up to me if I needed any help with the printer cuz I saw that I was having some trouble. Very professional during the end of my transaction much appreciated.

Rude and unhelpful guy - the one who is balded. He was sarcastic my first time experience in shipping the package and instead of helping, kept giving sarcastic answers. Like dude, quit your attitude and help your customers. Take your sarcasm to home.

The staff are super helpful. Especially David helped me a lot with my complicated situation. Also, even though it was a saturday, it was not crowded inside.

Excuse me Fedex, I don’t work here. Please staff your location with the appropriate amount of associates. There is always a long line here, and now, they want to charge you extra to get the same bad service.

Had a good experience here. Needed to make a return and they helped me with selecting a box, packaging, and printing the label. David was super helpful. Parking was tricky (this was a Monday morning), but I found a street spot on Dolores close to the intersection.

Kind and helpful service. Quick and friendly. Tip: they have a big parking lot on Division though it’s labeled with the building name.

This is my closest Fedex, which is why I go here. BUT every time I am dropping off a package, it doesn't matter which worker is there, they switch up what they want you to do. Doesn't matter if there is anyone in line or not, but it's so confusing whether the self-service dropbox is what you're supposed to be using, or if you're supposed to wait in line. Each time, the workers switch up what they tell you to do, and then treat you like you should know which thing to use. Infuriating. Regardless, I dropped off a very heavy/big package, which the worker told me to put it in the dropbox. Okay?? Smash all the other packages? Figure out your policies so you don't treat your customers like trash.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and have always received great service. Most recently David helped me email and print some labels for my packages, which was a big help.
