I was a walking in the neighborhood and popped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. They had wonderful lines, some of which I had always wanted to try in person but thought were only online like Corpus.The salesperson/aesthetician also was really kind and helped me see if we could find something comparable to a Bobbi Brown concealer I used to use that I misplaced that is now discontinued. She even went through all their discontinued concealers that weren't on the floor to see if we could find it.She seemed very knowledgeable about suggesting other products that might be suitable for my skin without any pressure. She was also happy to offer samples of anything for me to try at home.

I called this store to see if a specific skinceuticals product is in store because I wanted to be sure that they carry the product I wanted before going there. (The store in Macy’s union square doesn’t carry skinceuticals)But the person who picked up the phone was really impatient and rude. When I said the name of the product “phyto corrective gel” she just told me she didn’t know what that is and didn’t even bother to look it up for me when I requested her help. Can’t believe this is the kind of service they provide to the customers.

I went here in September and had Javier do my makeup for an event. He was super nice, and it was the best makeup job anyone has ever done for me, including my own wedding. And he was just doing me a favor! I bought a ton of the products he used. I’ll never be able to work the same magic as he did, but I’m trying. I don’t live here but use absolutely go back. Thank you so much Javier!!!

I’ve always considered this place out of my price range but they sell a sunblock I like and dermstore was going to charge me for shipping since my order was too small so I went in. The sales woman was so nice and pleasant and made placing the order painless. She then proceeded to give me a sample of Dermatologica’s Milkfoliant which has totally transformed my skin overnight. I’ve had a really weird fungal issue for years and also get perioral dermatitis flares so can only use a few very boring products on my face, therefore I am always skeptical of samples but I half heartedly tried this one and wow. Life changing. It does everything it says it does and I’m truly shook by how soft and hydrated and clear and not red my skin is. The day I went in I was having a horrendous week of breakouts and because of this little sample product my skin is glowing and also hydrated enough for me to try harsher treatments on the fungus. Thank you!!!!

Worst location EVER ! Decided I wanted a complete second set of ALL my makeup to keep in my gym bag. About 1K worth. Asked the sales lady to help me locate everything and purchase. (Brought all my makeup with me ) she said.”find it on your own” Then come get me and I’ll open the drawers for you”. Ummmmmm OK. I said. OK can you confirm all Of this is blue murcery so I don’t wander around aimlessly? I may have one or two items from Sephora but I don’t think so”. She was annoyed. So then I said all I need you to do is confirm this item is from your store. And she said. Well you can come back tomorrow and meet with the makeup lady? What ? Ok. She was clearly annoyed. Dude. I’m trying to spend $ $ in your store need help finding all these items. And she just walked off ???? I’m like can someone else help me. ? I don’t think I’m allowed to go into the lower drawers and just start grabbing things ? Forget it ? I walked away! I’ll find similar items at Sephora! By the way. This is the second time I have been treated RUDLY at this store ! I’m trying to just. RE buy all the same makeup. I brought the makeup ! Why is this so hard ?!?! I used to live in butlingame. They are nicer there. But barely. Isn’t makeup supposed to be FUN ? What the hell?!?!

Rudest store ever ! I have been in twice. Asking simply to replace my current makeup that was bought at their burlingame store ! I brought in all my containers. The sales person said OK. Go find it all on your own. Then call me and I'll open the lower drawers to get it out for you ! Ummmm??? OK. This store looks completely different. Everything in a different place. OK. But. Can you at least point me to the correct kiosks ??? And as soon as I get there I'm like OK. I'm here ! Can I have this ? She was like what color is it ??? Staring at me !!! So weird ! What the heck is going on? I'm trying to spend over 1K to replace all my makeup and buy new ! Help??? Please ??? Rude rude rude. I'll go direct to the manufacturers. Never give them my $ again!

One of the worst customer experience it's ever had. The original associate who helped me was wonderful. Im not sure if one particular associate was upset after a woman stole from the store while someone else was helping me. I purchased three items from this store and looking back at the receipt, the prices did not match what they had displayed at the store. I came back in and ask if it was a possibility if they could reimburse the difference but clearly good customer service is out the window once you pay for an item they don't care about you at all. A different associate rudely said that theyre not going to do that and I can leave my name and number for the manager to call. There were 4 associates working at that time and no one was willing be of any help. I've reached out to corporate to then reach out to that locations manager. There still not been any resolution to this matter.

Deirdre is the best! After running all around Marin in search of a moisturizer for my boss, it's almost as Deirdre ascended from the clouds and saved the day. She hooked it up with the moisturizer and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and back on my way to deliver the coveted cream. Will DEFINITELY be back for any of my skincare needs!

It is very nice to have this shop close by. I like all the brands they have and I do often to buy things.Unfortunately I had the worse facial of my life.They don't have a steamer, they use hot towels that almost burn my sensitive skin, the lights shoot in your eyes and I had to ask 3 times to tilt them. It took the lady 10 minutes to do that.The extraction was extremely painful, I even mentioned please do not use the extractor and she still used it. She didn't even go to the chin area.Extremely poor and unprofessional service.
