Had a fantastic experience today at the Potrero center branch! Jordan and Marc saved me big time. I'm in a bit of a pinch because my car is in flood zone in Sonoma county but the tags expired end of Jan. The car doesn't start at the moment and I tried to get a tow to get it out of there however AAA won't tow with expired tags. Good to know. Anyway, without getting into details they were able to get me into a situation where I would be able to get my car out of there safely. I'm still going to try and get it started and driveable myself but at least now I'm no longer panicking and have a backup plan. Thanks Marc and Jordan! You are the best!

AAA DMV services for members is great! No long crowded lines, waiting forever! It is worth the membership fee to avoid the DMV hassles. The services for vehicle registration, handicap placard etc are a real time saver. Efficient, friendly and fast. It is conveniently located, free parking,

Be Aware! AAA TOWING does NOT tow on driveways any more due to liability! So Why do I have AAA? I have a drive way that they have towed on before but this a new policy!

Adjuster Natasha Fornaris, Oklahoma area code tele number is unprofessional. I left a voicemail and emailed her, ghosted me. Why do I need to chase after an adjuster??? i was able to reach other adjusters in the past. I put in a claim in timely one day after the accident and was supposed to receive a response in one week. Even though the client did not keep up with her payment's it's not an excuse to ignore the claimant. Now I went to my agent and she will contact her. Maybe she might have better luck then me.

I have say that i was impressed with Luis and all the employees at the Potrero Shopping Centers amazing AAA San Francisco location! I highly recommend this place and recommend the different types of insurance's they have any many helpful employees and the membership section in the back (by the way it's very cheap under $90 a year for great benefits discounts and no worry car battery dying or 100 mile towing. If your car is being driven it is soo worth the membership (even if u don't have AAA insurance(the best insurance policy and company that I have everyou can get AAA membership just so you know.)Great employees and impressed with Luis in the Membership/DMV section located in the back. In the very front of this location as the front door is opened a big smile and pretty face of the efficient and kind hearted as well as hard working front desk/Secretaries that has been there for almost 40 years! I was pleased surprised with how quickly I was able to finish by nice people, clean and friendly atmosphere and easy to do DMV things with Membership office and walk in welcome for all insurances and and free Wi-Fi is always a plus. Thank you AAA San Francisco Branch and thank you to the nice lady at the front of the store that's been there 38 years! Says a lot about a place when an employee had stayed with them for 38 years and still going! Thanks AAA for helping people and hiring great employees like Luis and I'll get the name of the loyal employee and add it in here because she's worth a shoutout as was Luis whom gave me exceptional customer service and I was very grateful to have a competent, knowledgeable, person help me so a Thanks again AAA and Thanks for your awesomeness Luis!! Take Care. I highly recommend this place in.

I did recently go to Potrero Center. They were once again, Great! THIS review is about the Amazing team on the phone to support AAA insurance holders in a time of tremendous stress. Charlotte Lemke and Shelley Van Sant are my HEROS!!! Charlotte for taking care of every detail before it came to my attention. She was amazing and kept me calm simply by her calm phone calls and reassuring communications. AMAZING Charlotte. Shelley Van Sant was the MOST efficient and EFFECTIVE agent in solving a situation that was created by the garage housing my TOTALED car. Shelley got all solved by conference calling the garage and me while she was holding court. Not like a queen..........Like a smart judge with ALL the details in writing. She compared her efficient and detailed notes to those of the garage. She proved her point and the excessive charge the garage had created didn't truly have any merit. Shelley is Truly Amazing. Her professional demeanor and her precision make her a true HERO to me. AAA is the best and continues to prove why I have been with them for 28 years. NEVER regret it....... Always so grateful. I came here to AVOID the line at the DMV I have been a triple AAA member for years!! The lady that helped me out must be new or needs to go work at a easier job or maybe did not have the proper training. She told me I needed a Driver License to register my vehicle and get it insured! I'm a grown women who don't need advice from an older women, on what I need to do first if I don't have a Driver License for a temporary cause than let it be. I have had my License suspended and way before I had a driver license I have had all my vehicles insured with Triple AAA. So sad to have lost a good customer over some dumb DL! I'm not her kid for her telling me what I need to go do for the rest of my day what a damn joke! Never coming to this office!!

Went to the Potrero location for DMV services. Chandra was incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sign this, pay this, fill out this form, BAM. Done in no time! She made the process painless. I definitely won't deal with the hassle of going to the DMV ever again.

My motorcycle was broke down and I called the number on my AAA Membership card and spoke to dispatch. They sent Ivan and JR out to my apartments garage, helped me push it out on the street and , with great care, loaded it onto the flatbed truck. I'm really happy about the service I got today thanks again guys.

Inconsistent, rude information from the DMV services counter. I have never dealt with a group of unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff ever. After coming in twice with paperwork to register my classic car, the third time after going through hoops to get all the paperwork, they then say they can't do my vehicle year. The gal says she'll confirm with her manager, (which means just walking away and confirming with no one), says they can't do it. When I ask to speak to that manager, all of a sudden the manager is "outside on a break." And then proceeds to give me a business card. So, not only have I been provided with inconsistent information, I know have this incompetent bitch lying to me. I had to spend money and time to come use the services which I confirmed over the phone they can do, for this bullshit. And yes, I'm going to Karen out and call this mysterious manager and request they train their staff to not be dicks. Horrible experience and a horrible feeling.

Make a reservation for DMV services so you don't have to wait, but absolutely fantastic. Such good service. I had no idea what I was doing, but they made the process so smooth and helped me along. AAA is worth it for this alone.
