This cricket is a 100% scam. They mandatory from the district manager is forcing employees to sell phones that are worth $100 up too $500 and say that it’s a bundle with speakers and chargers and cases etc. but are really just adding way more to your cost for commission l. They’re litterally robbing people into thinking that’s what the phone is worth when they’re literally selling people $2 cases and chargers for $50 ea and making you think it’s part of deal but are doing it just for commission.

I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. I would definitely recommend this particular Cricket store to anyone, the entire staff is simply incredible. Again Mary thank you for all of your help and your patience. Alex. F

I want to see the maricela was incredible for customer service. I came in getting a new phone for my 81-year-old mother and I said I was phenomenal Best customer service I've had in quite a long time you should definitely give her a raise.
