I called to ask about pricing since my 7mo old BerneDoodle needed the hair around her eyes trimmed. Since I whacked them myself and totally messed up The woman on the phone was so sweet and told me to bring her in today to take a look. Once there, she trimmed her eyes and around her bum and when I pulled out my card to pay, she said "no charge" wow! I was so thankful and will definitely come back. She did such a good job.

How could someone ask if they don't know? Expressing internal & external anal glands is not common knowledge. As a customer-- we're coming to YOU for your professional knowledge & care. Rather than see my previous review as a tool to help your business & pivot in how you can do better & serve your customers better-- like a post a sign-- you write a snarky reply. Thanks for further confirming my decision to never allow my dogs near you.

Love taking my maltipoo for a cut here. Love the cut they give her. It's very easy to schedule appointments. They also are quick to finish her grooming and call me when they are done.

(Apologies for the graphic cut photo in this review) iPet has been grooming our dog for about 2 and a half years now and the experience has always been great. However, on our last visit on Saturday 3/18/2023, this changed -- upon picking her up, I was informed that they had cut our dog where her leg and torso meet, sort of near her groin area. The first issue is that they did not call to tell me as soon as it happened, or even on the phone when they called to say she was ready; I was only told when I got to iPet to pick her up. When I asked if she was squirmy or moving around a lot, he said that she wasn't, it's just that the skin in that area is thin. This is true, but they've groomed her for so long and nothing like this has ever happened before. When I got home, I inspected the cut more. It wasn't deep but it was wide. My partner and I ended up taking her to San Dimas Pet Clinic (who are absolutely wonderful) because our usual vet was already closed for the day. The vet there determined that she needed to be sedated and the cut would need to be stapled to help its healing, since it was so wide. So now our dog has had staples and has been in a cone for about a week, and was on medication as well. iPet offered to pay the bill (which they followed through on and we are grateful for), but when we went to drop it off to them, we were met with a snarky comment that only continued to rub us the wrong way. We were asked if we usually take our dog to this clinic, and we said no because her usual vet is closed, and San Dimas Pet Clinic was able to take us that day. He told us, "I was wondering because they charge a lot there." ????? We never would have been in this position, where we had to take our dog to a vet and iPet had to cover the bill, if our dog was not cut during her groom in the first place. This whole experience just left my partner and I incredibly upset and disappointed. They have been wonderful to us and our dog for a long time, but for this to happen just sucks.

Came here to have my dogs bathed and groomed. Got in for an appointment same day. They were quick and friendly. Called to come get them as soon as they were completed. Fair prices.

Just needed my dog's nails clipped. Good luck finding a groomer that will do it without all the nonsense. I was in and out of IPet in five minutes as a non- appointment walk-in. And only $10. Perfect. They've got my business from now on.

I love bringing my girl, Maggie, here. She always looks and smells amazing after her appointments. I can also always tell that she feels better after grooming too. We'll be coming here as long as we can!
