Stopped going to Zara. The store manager rejected the replacement, even though it wasn’t worn, it wasn’t used, had the receipt. I got it as a gift and when I tried it, it was smaller. The cloth was just wrinkled. The person who gave me gift had to dispute transaction with credit card company.

Large men's department with fabrics that are light and cool for this weather. Prices are the typically overpriced for mall fashion. My son found a few items that he needed. Checkout clerk was efficient and pleasant.
I just couldn't get out of there fast enough due to the state of disarray and chaos. It was super crowded, there were lines for the dressing rooms, clothes all over the floor, and unorganized racks. If it wasn't for my son, I wouldn't have even bothered walking in.

I am truly disgusted with what I witnessed. The store waa extremely crowded and there was a line for the dressing room. My party and I along with about 25 other patrons waited in line for the next available dressing room. A female employee escorted 2 women speaking Spanish to eachother and jumped the 30 minute line. There were mothers with children and elderly people waiting in line as well, but these two women were an exception to the rule.Last I checked, Zara didn't have a preferred guest list or made appointments for their dressing room. Shame on the employee and shame on Zara for allowing this.

The employees here all have the absolute worst attitudes. I received a gift and had the receipt that was within the return time frame. They said I needed the exact item to make the return and they didn't have it in store. I stood in the line with my son who has special needs and all the employees at the registers had nasty attitudes. I have never received such bad service in my life. Shop elsewhere, save yourself time from being disrespected by a Zara employee.

Terrible service here, every employee looked and acted like they hated their job. Not one smile or greeting around the store. The store is also terribly maintained. Clothes on the floor and nothing folded. Check out is a bad experience as well with employees having an attitude over everything.
