** 2 working ATMs in store. **The branch itself has been closed for awhile. The fixtures are still here. So there is a possibility they my reopen someday. A few of the branches that closed since the beginning of the CV19 pandemic have completely removed ALL the fixtures. Those will not reopen.17 WFB branches have closed nation wide since 2020.

This review is split into two parts. Basically, almost always we felt that the bank made things harder than they needed to and didn't worry about giving us the run around when we had to do more complex services. Other banks we work with have these basics down. If a customer shows up before closing, you give them service. If you are open the next day, then you offer to help them the next day if you think you need more time, not send them to another branch or lie about your hours. On the other hand I want to give Kyle Chapka five stars for his competence and customer service. You need more people like Kyle who are efficient and friendly and get the job done when asked. We were in and out in 12 minutes and had all the documentation that we needed. Thank you Kyle!

Now open! For a very long time since the 17th of March 2020 they were closed. In the past couple months they have been running their hours 10am-5pm. Staff are welcoming, smiling, and the business is slow. I think not many people realize they are open so the line is quick and simple. I asked if they had been busy since re open and they say they really miss their customers. I like to wave hello as I see them during my grocery shopping at Ralph's

I've been a member of Wells Fargo bank since 2008 and for this teller to tell me that if my card declines I cant do anything for 24 hours. Why would you embarrass me like that? Is it because you saw I was overdrawn by $8.00? Or was its because I am a person of color? Did my card decline? NO!! Steven Harrison you are a real s*** can. You made me feel really bad. I saw that you had an attitude before I walk up. Leave your problems at home or stay home yourself. You were wrong for that one. Go screw yourself!!

Excellent staff .. we recently got a complication with a process and staff member not only showed allot of patience but also worked with other dept within bank to sort it out. Really appreciate the service , specially personal banker staff ..
