The majority of the staff here are miserable, but the middle aged woman with the rbf is the worst. It's clear she hates her job. If you need to go to a Vons pharmacy go anywhere but here. They also take a lunch break for like 90 minutes every day which is super convenient for everyone else. Awful.

Vons pharmacy was supposed to be much cheaper than CVS, so I attempted to move all my prescriptions there. Vons did not get all of the prescriptions. I had them follow up today. They were unable to contact my health insurance due to the system being down; it had been down for the past 4 days (Tuesday-Friday) and they had no estimate for when it would be fixed. So, instead of costing $1.98, they wanted to charge me $41. Additionally, my doctor submitted a new prescription, but that system was also down today. I was told my doctor needed to call in my prescription. I made sure to call while I was in front of the pharmacist, and my doctor assured me they'd call right away. My new prescription was not filled for another 5 hours. Each step has been like pulling teeth. So, it's back to CVS pharmacy, who will charge me $10 instead of the $2 Vons advertised or the $41 Vons wanted to actually charge me.

Terrible service. Called to inquire with the staff. Got hung up repeatedly. Then when I called back they just left me ring on and on.:(

Rude, condescending, left me without what I needed, I am in disbelief. A woman with dark long brown hair was very rude to me, first time seeing her there. This is the LAST time I come here.

Staff (especially Juan, pharmacist) is very personable and knowledgeable and makes sure to be very clear with you. I had a small issue that would have taken forever to be resolved at my previous pharmacy but a friend and my doctor had recommended to switch to this Vons; I'm so glad that I did! Closed between noon and 1pm but other than that hours are very reasonable and usually there isn't a line. Great service!

I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The interactions I have had with the pharmacist there named Jessica, was the absolute worst. Being in pharmacy myself I was appealed she would treat someone the way she treated me. Jessica was the exact opposite of what you expect out of a professional who cares. She was rude, short, and seemed to be on a power trip every time I have had to pick up medication with her. I’ll often times go back when she isn’t working bc she is cold and unhelpful. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.
