We were transferred to this pharmacy when ours closed. From the start it was a nightmare. They gave me the wrong dose of a prescription without telling me. When I tried to call and talk to them about it, they never answer there phone. Leaving a message does no good. Calls are never returned. If by some miracle someone does answer, your call is almost always disconnected. I tried transferring my prescriptions to CVS on Rosecrans. They couldn't get anyone to answer either. When I finally went in to discuss all of this the guy at the counter said 'Yeah, we get a lot of calls.' That was it. No other answer or apology. Only go here if you have nothing better to do with your day but sit in the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and dangerous.

Customer service phone and in person is excellent.Our concern is the pricing , and this may be more of an insurance confusion that is taking more follow up than usual. Thx.

I got all 3 of my Covid-19 booster shots here plus other vaccines. I love this location because the Pharmacist is very good and they have a private room where a nurse delivers the vaccine. I just go for vaccines, only because I don't live close enough to have regular prescriptions there. In addition the store is easy to get to, good parking, and well stocked and clean. It feels like the people who work there take real pride in it.

So I went to Vons today Monday, September 5 and there was a lady who seem to be in charge or a manager so I asked her very quietly for a pregnancy test since I could not find them after I walked through the whole store so she THEN yelled across the store to another staff member where do we keep the pregnancy test and then I told her if she could keep her voice down because I didn't want the whole world to know then she repeats herself in Spanish because nobody understands Spanish right pendeja . Didn't ASK leave the pharmacy BC It was closed otherwise I would've had asked them because they know how to keep patient privacy somewhat versus Von staff members they need to be prepped on privacy.I could have easily yelled across the store hey where do you keep your pregnancy tests too and that would've been just as easy but obviously I didn't want everybody to know so thanks for that lady.

We go out of our way to use this pharmacy. Always attentive. Always helpful. Pharmacists alway willing to answer questions, make suggestions for over the counter meds. And are fast but very efficient!

I have been a regular patient at this Vons pharmacy for approximately 15 years. Suzanne and Holly (the pharmacists) have always treated me with kindness and compassion with every monthly visit. I just received my 3rd Pfizer vaccine shot fromHolly today. I am so happy.

I loved everyone that worked there! Tony ( the Pharmacist) always helpful and would spend time with you to make sure all your questions were answered. He even gave me my flu shot last year! ( Even though they were closing for the day). Jesus always had time to take down all of my prescriptions that needed filling, BUT....,the female technician, always, always went ABOVE and BEYOND for me!! The Lewis St. Location is no more, but the Von's Pharmacy down the street from there, on Washington, was lucky enough to get all three of them! I look forward to seeing you guys there!
