Very pretty, it has many items to buy: bags, purses, purses, dresses, blouses, Mexican candy lotteries, slingshots, crosses, jewelry, etc.Very nice articles ?????????

I agree with the previous review. Just got home from San Diego. Bought a abrijel. The young girl with the short brunette hair clearly hates her job/life or both. After seeing the attitude she had/annoying I am not sure why she is working in the store. When I paid for the item the other lady said she was she was going to wrap the abrijel. When I said thank you because I am flying back home. The brunette with short said to me with a nasty attitude we are going to rapped with a F attitude. Did not appreciate. The other staff were super friendly.

Had family in town and what better place to visit. Tienda de reyes is my favorite shop. I love all the stickers and handmade items. They have a ton of art, which is awesome. I purchased a canvas. The greeter with the short gray hair helped us, She was sweet and very informative about the artist. Our cashier was helpful and had our items wrapped and ready to go when it was our turn to pay.

This is a local gem of a store! The selections are hand picked and include many unique regional Mexican goods like hand crafted wooden statues and beautiful shirts and clothing. I especially love the little trinkets like loteria themed pins with cartoon characters on them. It's also a great place to grab some Mexican candy if you are craving dulces. I have also received good service when I need help finding something specific and during checkout. The overall value of the store is good relative to nearby stores as this is a tourist destination.

Customer service is appalling. I visit this store every time I’m in SD bc they have the cutest souvenirs, but never again. The young girl with the short brunette hair clearly hates her job/life or both. After seeing the way she talked to several customers, I just left my stuff on the counter and walked in out. I don’t need to put up with attitude from employees (for absolutely no reason, might I add) when I can find the same items from Amazon for cheaper.

Casa de Reyes is located within Fiesta de Reyes in Old Town San Diego. When we went there was a lively energy and it was busy but we were able to get a seat right away. The restaurant offers some complimentary chips and salsa upon being seated. The service was prompt and friendly but the drinks and food were much too expensive for what you receive. The large margarita is pictured with my review and cost almost $18. That size margarita for $18 is not a good value and neither of us could really taste the tequila. The food was not bad tasting but, again, expensive for what you get. I give them three stars only for the service we received as well as the lively energy on the night we visited. Please note that this is an outdoor restaurant so on the odd occasions when San Diego receives inclement weather this wouldn’t be a good place to visit.

Giving it one star because the customer service was terrible. I was in here 4 days ago and bought a ton of stuff but I was also rushing that day so I came in again today. My husband liked a tshirt on display. The only employee I can find was one that was sorting out a box on the floor (don't know her name, she was young with short brunette hair). I asked her if she worked there and she gave me the nastiest look and said "what's up". Ok no big deal. But then we went to pay. The cash register was literally right in front of the area she was sorting her boxes so she was staring directly at us with our stuff on the counter. She clearly saw us so I wanted to give her a chance to finish up what she was doing. At this point the line was getting longer and another employee tapped her on the shoulder to head over to the register. Then she turns to me and says "well thanks for letting me know you were ready" in the nastiest, most sarcastic tone. Right, Because I am only standing with my items on the register counter bc I have nowhere else to hang out all day . Sorry, I wasn't throwing a fit and rushing you. Then instead of checking my items out, she gives me a face bc she had to extend her arms 2 inches to grab my items. Like how dare I not put them directly in her hands. It took all I had to not just leave my items and walk out, but she's clearly just a miserable, bitter person so it wouldn't have been worth it. Won't be coming back though.

Nice lunch outdoors in sunny Old Town San Diego. House margarita and shredded beef enchiladas were delicious. Only complaints are the hostesses were both very rude and the tables were sticky/dirty. The service was very good. Be prepared to overspend, you're paying for convenience and location here.

Cute store with many made in Mexico items! Perfect place to buy dia de los muertos items or bring home a Mexican souvenir!

I'm giving it one star Not because of the store but because of the customer service the staff that was working late on tonight was extremely rude! When I was ready to pay there was a staff member (blonde long hair) on floor and I said excuse where do I to pay She Looked at me and pointed rudely to the back register and I was like okkkkk???? So then I head to the register and there was a cashier (short dark hair) as she counted money or whatever she was doing and I was standing there I waited patiently till she was done until I said excuse me, I'm ready to pay and she just looked at me and didn't say anything or care to acknowledge me , so I put my stuff on the counter and she's just looked at me and she continues to do what she was doing and then she finally started checking me out and she doesn't say a word she rudely put my stuff in a bag and didn't even tell me if the transaction was finished so I'm standing there and then I'm like that's it and she just looked at me rolled her eyes and said yes! . I understand that you're tired or overwhelmed or whatever the case may be but that doesn't make ok to be rude to customers just saying. over all the stores super cute. There's a bunch of stuff from stickers ,clothes. It's just a vibe in there except the customer service could do better The store's merchandise is five stars.

We stopped here for lunch while visiting the Old Town historic park ( also excellent; take the free tour!). Three of us had a variety of dishes. All were very good and the servings were so large that none of us could finish and we didn’t need much else to eat that day. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable too give the location. Would definitely visit again

Perhaps this isn't the world's most authentic meal, but it was enjoyable. The restaurant is in a bright, colourful, buzzing garden with a stage with a band playing on a Sunday lunchtime. We enjoyed the meal, and the hot tortilla chips were flowing to the table as quickly as we ate them! Would come again if in San Diego.

Our worst restaurant experience in years. The restaurant was about half full on a bright sunny day. Completely IGNORED by our waitress after we wanted to split an appetizer and order inexpensive drinks. Asked for water refills. Never got them air temperature was over 90°. We ordered an appetize variety plate, which was plenty of food, and what we expected. We wanted another napkin or two and some water refills, and to order another cocktail. Completely ignored. After I got up to find more napkins someplace our waitress magically appeared. We were done. After we left, we went to one of the first shops that were adjacent and the clerk inside said, "You should have asked me. You go there once and you'll never go back." This restaurant only has customers because it's a convenient place. The old management was much better a few years ago. As permanent San Diegans, we will never return here. Never.

I've come here for years when in San Diego. Atmosphere is great, service was just okay and food was good, my husband had the chicken burrito and I had the chicken tostada salad, which was tasty. Automatic 4% restaurant "service charge", really? I was told it was because they don't want to re-print their menus when food prices go up. What? Will not go back because of this service charge.

The experience the food the drinks all make this place an amazing experience every time we come here. We have been coming for over 25 years to this location every time we come to old town.
