A great place to come too, the staff of great, the ranges are clean and on top of that this place is located near awesome food.
just note parking is a pain. beware coming in and leaving, it's essentially a 1 way street

It was by far one of the worst stores I've went to. When I first went up there they looked at us very rudely and laughed at us without even trying to hide it. We paid and we were very nice to them. When we went in the range there was this filipino employee who was very very rude to my dad who could barely speak English and I saw them laughing at him because his headphones were falling off. They pointed at him behind his back and laughed at him. They called him habibi trying to make fun of him and his accent. He kept trying to act tough and trying to put us below him. It was very uncomfortable. Then when my sister left because she got very pissed off and they laughed at her. When my brother asked to go to the bathroom they were laughing at him because they told him to go to the women's bathroom and he didn't know if he could and they looked at him like he's an idiot. When we left the philipino guy and the cashier were laughing at us and pointing at my dad. Please please if your thinking of coming here don't. I am very nice to everyone I meet. And this really made me mad and I didn't want to cause a scene. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I'm sorry, but sales staff is straight up rude and unprofessional. I was asking opinions of the staff for some pistol parts and an individual (who was a previous employee) that was present at the counter started talking to me. He had the similar parts on his gun that I was looking for and gave me some recommendations, as the staff had little input. The employee (Kayce), that really had no interest or opinion in what I was asking, pushed my things to the side and began helping another customer. After he helped the other customer at the counter he asked me, "What are we doing here? Are we getting this or what?" Pointing at a light I had set aside on the counter. Confused and feeling a little embarrassed, I said, "Ok... I would like to." Immediately after, he rang up the light, I asked him if I was still able to order the part I originally came in the store to buy. He sighed as if it were an issue and walked to the other computer. Mind you, the previous employee could visibly see that I was upset at this point and cleared the air by saying that the part I was ordering was definitely the right choice. Reluctantly, I went forward with the purchase. I would say the only person that saved that sale was the previous employee. I have been to the range at this location and have not had any issues in the past. Maybe Kacey was having a bad day, or maybe he was annoyed with my questions. Either way, I could only imagine if someone that was new to guns, came into this store and experienced the level of unprofessionalism, they would get a glimpse of the stuck up culture of gun stores and stray away from the gun world. I was helped with my purchase but definitely not by Kasey behind the counter. BTW I have taken my mother and a fellow coworker (that was scared of guns) and taught them basics of shooting at this range. I will not recommend this place to any new shooter/gun owner in the future.
