Charged me extra unknown item for no reason. They didn’t clearly know how to process a refund. The manager wasn’t nice, she didn’t want to give me the correct refund but even wanted to see my credit card bills if I really paid for the things. They wasted me a lot of time but not a single person from their side did say any word of apology to me. They only wondered themselves that what happened to the computer. For everyone, when they do this to you, please do not be nice and patient to them, because they do not appreciate and do not deserve it. Just blame them for the mistakes directly!

I'm new to campus and didn't quite know my way around, so I've been going to Starbucks for my caffeine fix. The line was particularly brutal one day when I was running late for class so I asked around about other coffee sources on campus. Thanks to a helpful fellow Triton I came across sunshine market and decided to try their coffee....OMG, it's so good! and reasonably priced! Plus soy milk is out and available on the counter at no extra charge (the place is veg friendly overall), so yes, this is my go to for coffee on campus from now on :)

This place is located inside of Price center in UCSD, next to Chase bank. They sell a lot of vegan snacks, meals, and grocery items. The only thing about this place is that the prices are a little on the higher side, but other than that, it's a convenient market to go to and buy snacks. The workers there are also very friendly. I had a very positive encounter with the worker named Christian.

While the staff is great and the selection is just fine, the prices in this place are 50-100% higher than at any competitive supermarket chain. The owners of this place take advantage of their on-campus location to rip-off students in the extreme. The only possible justification they could have is if the University or the Regents is in turn ripping the owners off with excessive rent, utility, and other pass through costs. This cozy arrangement should be investigated. $5.99 for an Egg-Salad sandwich? $2.99 for a Gator-Aid protein bar? Administrators, check it out. Then chuck them out.

This place is too expensive. I only went here because I had no other choice. This place is highway robbery and overcharges students because they KNOW that there are DESPERATE students who NEED food, so they MUST go to the Sunshine market. Disgusting highway robbery indeed.

They are what I'd call an upper-scale convince store because of their vegan and speciality options. They have a huge selection of drinks, candy, chips, and general food items. If you're looking for something you'll likely find it here or at least something similar. 4 stars because it is very overpriced, but the selection and staff are great. I think the pricing is partly because the cost to be on UCSD's campus combined with knowing students will pay because of its convenience. I try not to shop here unless it is necessary, simply because I don't want to pay more when I can get things from the grocery store for cheaper. I recommend if you need something easy and on the go, but this shouldn't be a regular shopping place!

Located inside of Price Center East (the newer section). They legit have all the candy and chocolate, snacks (healthy and not), refrigerated ready to eat food like sandwiches, salads, hard boiled eggs, even frozen meals, ice cream, and a small grocery and drug store section to boot! They also have donuts, coffee, coco, hot dogs, a selection of soups (but get there early or they get picked over). Tons of beverages too! One line forms in the candy isle, but don't worry if it seems long, it moves fast because they usually have multiple registers open!

So challenging to get anything relatively healthy and non disgusting to eat here. The sandwiches they carry are repulsive. I hoped for at least mixed nuts for some protein but no. 20 kinda of sour gummy and many different kinds of Fritos and potato chips but nothing like cashews or peanuts. The only water they sell is rebottled tap. Why is this store so truly terrible?

Vegan Review: Located inside Price Center, this little market has tons of vegan snacks, drinks. They even have vegan deli entrees, frozen meals, and pantry items. There's a whole evolution food section dedicated to their wraps and juices too. Some items include overnight oats, baba hummus (great stuff + locally at farmer markets), guac, cold brews with almond milk, high tech matcha drink (twisting the cap dispenses the powder, to guarantee freshness), veggie sushi rolls, Amy's, complete cookies & other protein/ power bars etc. They're so boujie now, they even have Dave's Killer Bread (it's one of the more expensive brands at Whole foods) and artisanal nut butters/preserves. Haha I only rated down for it's hefty price tag which weighs heavily on it being practical, but I genuinely appreciate the variety, convenience, and friendly service I always seem to get when I stop by.
