Honestly, I have been in California for less than a month. I have not found many people to be very nice. HOWEVER, in this store, every person I interacted with was kind, and helpful. I was very surprised as my past experiences in Staples are I go in and don't see anyone until I check out, but they had people on the floor helping (not on a weekend but a weekday) and were all very nice. It was a great store-- HUGE too! They have a lot of stuff so if you need some office supply it is very likely they have it in the store. Also very clean and tidy.
SECOND VISIT - Just as good as the first one. Well DONE and KUDOS to the staff in this location. I had a different cashier and he was just as kind an friendly as the first time I was there.

Randomly stopped by to return some Amazon items and the staff were exceptionally friendly (cashier and customer service associate) - wanted to call that out!

I came in to find a specific product and the manager greeted me, identified the product # to look for (didn't realize that was a "thing"), directed my to the correct aisle and, after a bit of searching, found it! Checkout was a breeze, thanks to a friendly cashier. I'll be returning!!!

I had the best experience here several times with Amazon drop off and printing! The printing manager Luis also deserves a special shout out for doing amazing job on all the prints I needed quickly. I was so grateful for quality in a hurry! I would recommend for all things printing!

I have used a variety of Staples print services for the past three years, and this review is long overdue. I am a teacher and often will go to Staples for last-minute print jobs when our school machines are down, high-quality color copies, big print jobs for projects, etc. I have yet to experience an issue with any of their self-service machines, and their customer service is always great, if I need it. Today I needed to print graduation programs, and their Print Manager Luis talked me through my different options and even helped our school's budget by pointing me to all the digital deals I could use. Another staff member was also very helpful with adjusting the programs on the spot so that we got the perfect-looking programs! Thank you Staples Print & Marketing!!! Luis & his team are the best!

The selection is not always the best, but I’ve only had good experiences with customer service from the staff here. Kalei at the register was very helpful and kind while processing my return, and her friendly good-natured attitude genuinely made my day better
