Absolutely terrible experience and I haven’t even gotten my carpet yet. They were a no show yesterday, didn’t call. Don’t let anyone know until 6 hours past the instillation time that they weren’t coming. Then the next day, they were supposed to be here to install at 830 and they Still didn’t show up. They had to be called again and their excuses were that they didn’t know that it was an occupied unit. When the tenet(me) called I got a insincere apology and told they would be here in 30 minutes as they had to pull them off another job. Remember, they were supposed to be here at 830. When talking with Jay he got defensive when I told him I wasn’t happy with how they handled it. And instead of saying he understands, and maybe saying he yeah we messed up and didn’t honor our commitment, he got defensive and said does that make you feel good? Absolutely unacceptable. Take some accountability! I can’t even believe this.Edit: They didn’t show up the next scheduled day either.

When talking to the Operations Manager about this and the issue of them scuffing my floors. Did little to nothing to remedy this. GET QUALITY WORK DONE FROM PROFESSIONALS!!! SEE THE PHOTOS OF THE UNEVEN FLOORS AND UNMASKED WORKERS IN HOME WITH A DISABLED PERSON DURING A PANDEMIC......

Don't not employ or purchase any carpet or flooring products from Sherwin Williams. I'm a tennant at Eagle's point appt complex. I had my carpet replaced aprox 1 yr ago and had a carpet cleaning performed the first part of June (this month) as part o my lease renewel. Afterward I pointed out that there was spilt where they seamed the carpet. I informed the appt complex manager which they had a rep from Sherwin Williams out to inspect the damage. I found out from the appt complex and even spoke to the manager Ken at Sherwin Williams that they would not fix the problem without having the appt complex paying for it. Very poor customer satisfaction on behalf o Sherwin Williams. I wouldn't if I was a homeowner ever to use Sherwin Williams again for any products or services. I had to give a one star even though they don't deserve any stars so I could pot this complaint!!!
