Needed a diagnosis first thing Monday morning. Shaun was able to take my car and immediately told me what the issue was - the battery was failing. No charge for the diagnosis, and I opted to have him replace the battery rather than do so myself. He provided excellent information and wonderful customer service. Thanks Shaun!
