My Mother and I have been customers of this Rangoni store for years. Jim and Peggy have always gone out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. We live about 2 hours away and the majority of our purchases were from seeing their shoes in the catalog or on line and calling Jim or Peggy to ask questions or to order a pair of shoes. Both of them go out of their way to answer questions or to find a size at a different store. Many stores these days view customer service as an after-thought. Truly lessons could be learned because Jim and Peggy go above and beyond. Though my Mother recently passed away, I will continue to purchase shoes from this Rangoni location. Kind, honest, trustworthy, responsive and caring describe Jim and Peggy!

Absolutely the best! This gorgeous store is reminiscent of old time La Jolla; pure class and elegance paired with exceptional quality. Megan is the most adorable person! Her New Orleans accent and friendly personality are so lovely. Her fashion sense is impeccable. I LOVE this store!

I went to the store, I saw a pair of low heel blue shoes, the sign" made in Italy got scratched a bit, I asked" is this used?" She said no, those all new, there are more shoes on the other store", I thought " what's that suppose mean???" I looked at her with not happy eyes, said nothing. Then she ask me, where I'm from, I said my city with a cold sound. Pay back to her due to her bad customer service. Then I looked more shoes, tried them on, she was so on rush, impatient, she said the store is closing soon, it's not even 5, on Yelp, it said close at 6pm. The shoes I like, one pair but with different color. She said the sun fade away. She checked other store, ask me leave name and phone number to call me. Poor customer service. I'm not supporting this kind of stores at all. Impatient, bad customer service!
