Not a Ralph's shopper but make an annual visit for the DMV kiosk in the store. Quick, easy way of paying your car registration renewal and getting the sticker instantly. There is a 1.75 % fee if you use a card but totally worth it if you've waited till the last minute. Kiosk also accepts cash.

It's a convenient spot to grab something and go. They also have a pretty nice deli and bakery area with a lot to choose from. However, the customer service on the front end is pretty bad. Especially from their lead cashiers. They are often pretty rude and it's better to just do self checkout than deal with their snarky attitudes.

BEWARE OF THE CRAB LEGS!! Bought two pounds today. They weren't the best looking crab legs but nevertheless I purchased them. Within 2 hours, my stomach starts twisting and turning and hasn't stopped.

Ralph's or Von's what's it going to be? This is a nice Ralph's, huge cheese bar to select your delectable exotic cheeses. Trader Joe's is right next store and a bakery as well.

This ralphs is open late, and has it all!
From a wide stock of pet supplies, to a wide and quality liquor selection, to numerous deli/bakery items, fresh meats, and all the household supplies you may need at a late hour!
Friendly staff, quality service, and usually a very well kept, clean store.
Parking lot is clean and has gotten allot better since when I was growing up (no more crime is always nice)
Check them out when you need late night supplies, or a late hour bottle for a party thats running dry, you won't be disappointed, and their local.
Which can mean: No more long drives to downtown just for some liquor,
supports your local tax bracket, open later than wally world or staters,
All while giving helpful service, with a smile! Definatly happy with this location!

These guys don’t answer their phone. I’m trying to find out if they have a DMV kiosk as advertised. I called every department and was waiting for the phone for 4 minutes. Don’t bother making the drive to their store.

On Mar28, 2024 noon time (~12:30pm). Stop by Ralph store in Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center to redeem a lotus ticket. Ask the cashier (male) in self-checkout area for help. The gentle man is rude and answer "he could not help. He has no people can help". Then ask where the store manager is. He said he is the manager. So shocked that a store manager has such bad attitude to a customer. Remind Ralph whether it is right behavior to treat customers so impatiently and rude, especially for a store manager.

Food corners from other countries and spice corners are well stocked. It's open from early morning, so it's perfect if you want to take your time shopping!

High prices on everything, especially produce. Always keep an eye on the posted prices--especially sale prices--because it'll often overcharge you and/or not apply discounts or coupons, and you'll have to prove to the cashiers that the price is lower.
