I came to pawn some jewelry and I'm not gonna lie the last review had me a little nervous but honestly they are nothing like that they are so nice and started a small conversation with us! Would recommend this place :)

This place is amazing! I came in to see if they could set a stone in a ring I had of my mother’s who had passed away a few years ago to give it to my daughter for her birthday. The one I had would not work and would cost so much more to have everything reset. I was looking for a specific stone. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but knew what I wanted. Even though they couldn’t do it at this location the gentleman (I believe the owner) was so accommodating with helping me pick a stone from multiple options from the store to be able to take it in to the recommended location. Thank you so much for being helpful and kind for me to give this precious gift to my daughter for her birthday.

This is the friendliest pawn shop in San Diego by far . If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been to several pawn shops in the country and I can say this one is the best one by far. Chris and John are always there and willing to help you with any situation you will need. Can't say enough about them . Just great people. Don't take your things anywhere else this is the only place to go .

Best pawnshop I've ever had an experience with. Besides being friendly and inviting they always paif significantly more for all gold and jewelry than anywhere else. They are much more than fair and are extremely helpful with any needs you may have.

**Family owned business** Support local businesses!!! This place is the bomb and the people are so nice! Had some broken gold pieces that I could not fix so brought it in and got paid! Thank you!

I walked in, soon after another customer walks in behind me she was greeted and helped right away. I felt immediate discomfort and was treated like he just wanted me out no questions no deals no sales effort or customer service.

I was going to rate this store on OfferUp but the link to rating never worked. I bought an Episode 8" Subwoofer that I've had my eye on for the past year. Got it at a great price. The folks here were very friendly. My dog got sick there . I felt bad and apologized but they were very nice about it.

This is a family owned business, consistently treating us with respect. We bought our wedding bands there a few years ago, and have been back for other business. We recently sold some jewelry back to them, and got a very fair price, no haggling :)

There is a very good reason why this location has very good reviews and star ratings!its located in a small quiet plaza. They have a lot of beautiful merchandise & Jewelry. I was speaking to a gentleman name John and his colleague, very respectful and helpful. If you are looking for an Item they have a website as well where most things are placed to sale as well the prices include tax already. Gaming consoles guitars jewelry, houseware I believe i saw princess house type of home decor. They specialize in gold, very fair and great pricing they'll buy it for. Thats what i was in here for. Covid 19 protocol is been followed sanitizers are also offered for cust. Very clean very spacious. Definitely is my new spot for these needs. THANK YOU poway jewelry folks!
