This shop, I can't even. My husband's car went in for head work. Got it back. It drove so bad sluggish misfiring we paid just about 3000. Had to take the car back a week or so later then they say the motor needs to be replaced. The hell kind of mechanic messes up a vehicle that bad to need to get the motor done. It drove so good before we took it to them I'm very disappointed in this place and the lack of taking responsibility in messing up our vehicle. They have had it for just about over a month and it's not done and then they want to charge us another 3000 for them to work on the motor they messed up. I would definitely not take any vehicle here if you value something you paid and worked hard to get to this shop unless your willing to just give them money for messing up something that wasn't even an issue in the first place.

Love it a true shop to a local budget builder and true car enthusiast shop feels great to know they have the same knowledge as I do and treat there customers the same at they do everyone else.

Was told 800ish over the phone and was told 1500 when I walked in the door but they would give me a “discount” only 1300. I guess it didn’t cross anyone’s mind to call me at the number you had and warn me about 500 price increase. Instead I wasted the second half of my work day to come bring in the car for no reason which cost me a lot of money. Not impressed and the guy who told me about the increase was wayyyyyy to good at it. Definitely something done on the regular.

Needed some extended wheel studs pressed in and found this shop. I'm an old school import tuner and this place was awesome! The guys there were super friendly and we got to chatting about "the old days". They're also super knowledgable in the new school stuff. Then pressed my wheel studs in the next day and they were perfect. I'm glad I found these local guys!!!

Best mechanic I ever had by far! Never over charges and they can do almost anything you need to get done. From suspension to electrical. Anything and everything. Thomas can do it. Thankyou for all of your help so far guys. Dont what I'd do without you.

This place is the best place to go for any of your car repair needs. They can do everything. From electrical to suspension, custom conversions ect. They have had all the answers for me so far for both of my Oldsmobiles. 89 Toronado and 91 Cutlass. I know I'm not getting overcharged and never have to worry about that here at Pann. Great customer service and location off miramar rd is good! I'll keep going back here indefinitely.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know what they are thinking.Came in for the suspension installation. When I got back my car it had spring bind and they forgot to put back my stuff in the trunk which they took out during the installation. The other day I found out and had to drive back to get my stuff back. And they didn't even bother giving me a call one day passed.I came in the second time thinking I should give them another chance. Nope. Came in the first day, only being told the mechanic was not coming (even though I was told on phone otherwise). Left my car there, the second day the mechanic still not coming (told again on phone "the mechanic is coming tommorrow"). In the end, no work was done and I wasted two Uber rides.The only person that deserve credit in this shop is the mechanic Gerald. I don't even know with such terrible customer service how are you guys still in bussiness.
