Try moving to push your agenda of hate. This is California. You're on the losing end with this school in this state. Clearly ignorant to their own religion. Try actually reading the Bible.

To send your child to this school would be to teach them how to hate others. Children deserve to learn to love others not discriminate and be hateful towards one group of people. It is not Mt Erie job to judge others, but to teach the word of God. By kicking out a child who has no say in any of this is just an absolutely hateful act and it does not come across as a loving christian school. I hope this academy closes, it would be for the best. These are the kinds of acts that push people away from religion and God.

This school is full of hatred for those different. Rather than love their neighbor, like it says in the ten commandments, they'd rather shun a child just because of the love between her two mothers. The officials at this school believe they can play God, but in the end, their actions are being judged as we speak. God wants everyone to love each other, not display such despicable acts.

I am a Proud Mt. Erie Christian Academy Alumna. This school was the best foundation I could have ever received. They taught me love, understanding, faith, along with my general education. Sometimes math, science, english and history are NOT enough. Some of my best memories are from being at that school. Because of this school I am successful and not afraid to show that God is My Savior who guides my life. Many Blessings.

This is a PRIVATE CHRISTIAN school that is not funded by the government. It not only has the right, but the responsibility to teach Christian children sound Christian doctrine in addition to sound academic subjects. People who are living a homosexual lifestyle that flouts the teaching of Scripture should not expect a conservative Christian school to enroll their child. This is clearly a case of targeting a conservative Christian institution for the purpose either of financial gain or for the purpose of forcing Christians to embrace a lifestyle that is contrary to Scripture. Religious institutions--islamic, Jewish, Christian, hindu, etc...--have the right to exclude people who do not embrace the tenants of the institution's faith.

This is a PRIVATE school. If you disagree with any of its truthful teachings of Gods word. Than you are more than welcome to take your children to a public school where they will inbrace your immoral living and life style. By the way for you partial bible quote slingers TRUE Christians are asked to judge and rebuke and correct as boldly telling the truth and not being swayed by society's corruption of love and hate. God will bless Mt. Erie Christian Academy for Gods truth does not change!!!!

Don't be deceived - this school bears the name "Christian," but the Bible warned us that there would be many false Christs. This school teaches the false, sinful doctrine that it is okay to judge others - worse, that it is okay to judge children for their parents' actions. There is nothing "Christian" at all about this academy.

Mt Erie is great and has been for years! I know of the pastor of the church and his family and the director of the school and they are people who believe in GODs word as well as work ethic and unfortunately bitter former employees can't see past their own personal issues with someone and see that the school is amazing and these children are above average because of the educational values of the staff and teachers...my future children will definitely be attending mt Erie ! It's sad that people only want to shine negative light on a school that has helped the community so much with free school supplies and awesome summer reading enrichment programs !!! So focus only the good because these students deserve positive energy and support!

This is a private religious school. As such it has the right to discriminate. That being said, this school claims to follow Christian ideas.Christ spent his days with sinners. He tried to teach all people to treat others better. This school does not follow the teachings of Christ.

Unbelievable that they discriminate in such a way. I feel sorry for the poor children who are still being instructed by these monsters. Do they refuse admission to children whose parents are divorced? Or eat bacon? Or wear cotton/ polyester clothing? THIS is what is wrong with our world today- unfounded hate.

Hey its their school - some people don't approve of homosexuality and THAT'S OK!! Not everyone accepts that because its unnatural and for religious reasons! They have a right to their opinion!!

A Christian school that fosters prejudice and bigotry? These don't seem like good examples to set for the youth of San Diego.

You wanted people to rate your school so here you go. Your bigoted, homophobic views don't belong in the 21st century.
