Our contractor sent us to MSI to look at quartz, when we arrived we were very overwhelmed. That is until Destiny arrived and saved the day! We could tell she was already helping someone else but her ability to help us both was AMAZING! We appreciated her knowledge and positive attitude. She even offered to send us samples! We will definitely be referring our friends to Destiny!

Helped by 3 employees, all delightful and extremely informative. Got samples of our tile, and they gave us a mix of lighter / darker of our pattern, got a counter sample and they are shipping another sample. Will be buying from dealer. Wonderful experience

We were referred to MSI by our contractor and the experience both met and exceeded my expectations. Charlie was extremely helpful. He assisted me when I needed it with a difficult selection decison with his wealth of knowledge. All of the team that we came into contact with were also friendly and knowledgeable. They were ready to assist if asked. The storefront is well laid out, very clean and uncluttered making it very easy to look through the options. I highly recommend MSI.

I always have a positive experience here. They have more of a selection than any other place I have been to and the warehouse of slabs is a great way to shop.Sebastian helped us yesterday and was incredibly knowledgable. He knew pricing off the top of his head. Was able to show us comparable counter tops in different material based on what scheme/color/look we preferred. He is also incredibly patient. This is a big decision for us and he stayed with us while we walked, and re-walked every isle.Highly recommend.

My experience at MSI was really good. Sebastian was helpful with picking out a slab as well as the young woman behind the desk. There was one other person (I cannot remember her name) that I met while browsing through the tiles and flooring. She had the brightest smile as she approached me. She was very helpful in getting me to the right place and gave me some good ideas on what type of slabs to look into. She even stopped by on my way out to check on me. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I thank you.I highly recommend you bring samples of all the material ideas you’ll be installing in your home or your Pinterest vision board.I did not give 5 stars because of confusion online as to whether or not I could walk-in or if I needed to schedule an appointment.

MSI was recommended by my contractor and I just want to drop a quick note of appreciation for the staff who made me feel welcome and were incredibly helpful. I'm relatively new to to slab countertops and I was greeted and effectively assisted by four different employees as I browsed MSI's offerings. Not a hard sales pitch, just an offer to assist if needed. And everyone I spoke to was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about the products offered. Clearly, MSI takes it's customer service training/culture seriously and it shows.I was able to leave with a few samples and quotes on both prefabricated and full slab options. I was super pleased with my visit and I see why my contractor made the recommendation. I also recommend a visit if you're in the market.

Stopped in to look at tile for my balcony. Excellent selection. The staff were all so cheery, professional, and knowledgeable, and I was able to get 4 samples right away, and one send in the mail at no cost.
