I received a 10 dollar charge from this place. First it Said El Segundo then changed to San Diego. I've never been Here. After reading reviews it's making more sense now. Pretty crazy how accessible our information is to scammers

I guarantee this IS relevent.When I moved and my address was subsequently SOLD to marketers by the USPS. (Good lookin out, guys!). I immediately began to receive scam mail. Amidst the chaos of moving and settling in, setting up a new mailing address, updating my address with my contacts & accounts, and tracking (& losing track of) packages.I received a text message claiming I'd missed picking up a package, but I could have it held longer if I secure it by paying a dollar. I had signed up with USPS for texts as well and I was awaiting packages so it seemed normal...By the time I realized I had been scammed 10 & 15 dollar charges from this place began regularly . I've had the card replaced, but my bank hasn't reversed them all yet . In progress...Hopefully someone will stop these cretins!!

I have never been there, and I don’t know who it is at all, I live in another city, but they take money from me - they just write off cards with you for 10 bucks regularly. This is theft. I have to order a new card but it's terribly inconvenient. I hope the law punishes them.

Scheduled a wash four different times, four times no washer available, even with two days notice. You have to wait until the time scheduled to find out a mobile washer is not available, but if you cancel, you have to pay a $15 fee. This business is a major fail, so much easier to take the car to Vista Palms and have them detail the cars.

I am only giving this company a low rating in hopes they see my post. I suggest that this business double checks that the payment information they are receiving from their clients is valid. Someone has been using my card information to make purchases with this company on the regular. If someone tries to pay you in the near future and their payment info declines, you have found the person who is stealing money from me.

They gave my car a complete interior detail and exterior wash/clay block and wax. They were very professional and cared about the quality of their work. They are not the least expensive option for a mobile car wash but I would definitely recommend them if you have a car that you care enough about to pay a little extra for high quality work that will make your car look the absolute best it can be.

Sad to update my 5* review with a total fail from these people. I ordered another mobile wash. I drove home EARLY Sunday morning from a little downtown mini-vacation my boyfriend so I could meet the car-wash dudes. (he was NOT happy!) It wasn't until one minute before they were supposed to show up that the cancelled on me. And I had agreed to a "surge pricing" upcharge! Ruined my morning. Either way, I found the Chevron on Encinitas Blvd that also does hand wash. So by 9am my car looked beautiful. Will never use MobileWash again

Horrible service. The wash for $28 did not include vacuuming and the guy literally sprayed my car down. Would not recommend using at all. Ridiculous price and just a rip off.

Had a great experience. Eswin came and did our 3 cars (2 details and 1 regular inside/outside wash). For not having to leave my house, I'll totally do it again. Worth the experience though perhaps slightly cheaper if I went somewhere with all three cars. I'm sure it's a crapshoot as to who you get but Eswin was great.
