I Googled "office furniture" and "miramar san diego" and this was the first place I went. Friendly and helpful. I came in for my office chair and got exactly what I was looking for. The awesome dog was an added treat!

Don't bother with this place unless you WANT to waste your time AND get treated like garbage. The owner, Jay Campbell, is nasty to potential paying customers if you're not buying what he wants you to buy. After I explained TWICE we only wanted to buy used furniture, he sent series of passive aggressive emails, insulting me, laughing at me, and trying to get me to GIVE him our current office furniture for FREE. I've never dealt with someone as a business owner who is SO rude and unprofessional. He shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers, and needs to go to obedient school to learn some manners.

Chris was outstanding. He was able to make many revisions for our home office. Chris was very patient and definitely heard what we wanted. I would highly recommend Chris to layout your office.

The furniture that we purchased for fill a new office less then 6 months ago has already broken. The sales person who we worked with Chris, did not want to help fix, and discontinued responding to our requests for fixing.

My company purchased a chair in 2012 with a limited warranty. The office staff identified the incorrect chair that they sold me at that time. When I brought the chair in to get repaired and then pay for the labor to do so, I was told there was no PO number for the office chair that was sold to me and therefore they could not repair it. I drive 150 miles round trip for nothing. If one decides to purchase any product from this business make sure that your invoice is correct before leaving the facility.

Just furnished my entire office using this company. They had a helpful employee I worked with who was patient and we found what I needed for my office needs. I did not do a whole lot of research on office furnishings prior and needed to get this done fast. Overall my experience was good, however getting the furnishings delivered was a bit disorganized . I had to call in a couple times to get the date figured out and it came down VERY close to the wire for me since I was vacating the old office and moving into the new one and needed furniture to avoid disruption in my business . Their moving truck was also broken for about a week or so (understandable) and deliveries were slowed as a result. That was a red flag to me since many customers were at the mercy of just one delivery truck .. I questioned as to why there was not a rental truck or Penske or Uhaul loaner they could have had to avoid being back logged. Being that delivering furniture appeared to be a significant part of their business. I know trucks at uhaul are fairly easy to get as I have rented several on moments notice many times In the end the truck was fixed and we were able to finally get the furnishings delivered. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. I leave very candid feedback so perhaps this last small criticism leaves me open to rebuttal, but I was a little surprised that delivery charges were added when you spend thousands of dollars on furnishings? I understand costs need to be covered but I thought that the amount extra was a bit steep to pay on top of everything else I just purchased.

I recently purchased a desk from Miramar for my work office and it was a great experience! Chris was very responsive, helpful, and patient with me when I made changes to my order. I also cannot say enough good things about the individuals who delivered my desk, Rodney and Angel! They went above and beyond to help me get things set up in my office and were very friendly the entire time. Overall, it was a great experience!
