Worst delivery service around. I literally stopped ordering from them because there was issues EVERY SINGLE TIME! DO NOT BUY HERE. GODFORBID DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. EDIT: (DONT COMMENT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL LIKE I'LL ACTUALLY GET A TIMELY RESPONSE ON THERE). THERES NO POINT IN EMAILING YOU. I WILL NEVER USE MARCH AND ASH IN MISSION VALLEY EVER AGAIN! I DONT WANT ANY POINTS OR DISCOUNTS, I WANTED MY ORIGINAL ORDERS TO BE CORRECT. DO NOT SHOP HERE, DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE.

Terrible service. Just go somewhere else entirely.
Used to order from them through weedmaps until one of their drivers told me to go through their website instead (claimed weedmaps was terrible). Since then, I've ordered twice through their website and both times were terrible experiences.
The 1st time around they were out of a product I had ordered and, instead of contacting me, they substituted the item for a more expensive item on their own and tried to charge me the upcharge when they arrived.
2nd time around, their tracker said their driver had made the delivery when in reality he didn't. They then tried to claim they tried to get ahold of me but were unsuccessful. I had 0 missed calls or texts during the time I placed the order and finally got ahold of them. They then refused to come back and deliver my order.
Both times I had no one from March and Ash ever try and reach out to correct the issue or fix the problem. They just don't care. You can get marijuana everywhere, at least go to one that will treat you better than these guys.

PSA You may have trouble leaving a review if you are logged in on a .edu email! Mary is so knowledgeable, every time I have a question about marijuana this or that she always has a great analogy to explain things. When she recommends something, it's good price point and it's excellent in terms of quality! I often seek her out when I see her in the store

Don't accidentally buy the THCa tincture, you probably won't be able to exchange it. I thought I knew my stuff but had never heard of THCa and unfortunately didn't notice until I purchased it that it didn't just say THC. I looked it up and found out it isn't what I wanted at all. I had to use the chat thing because I don't think they like answering the phone and when I asked about getting an exchange (unopened boxes and bottles) I received a generic answer that said it was up to the manager and have your receipt so I presented everything they asked to the delivery driver. I was told that they couldn't do anything to help me so I have to eat the $75 I spent. The delivery driver was very nice and understanding but it wasn't up to him. I spent more money buying the correct items and was offered no discount or anything. The bottles I wanted to return were still sealed. Even if they couldn't take them back, they could have offered SOMETHING. I was a first time customer here, now this will be the last time I use March and Ash. I've been a business owner for a very long time and I guess I just don't understand how they could just say, sorry, you should have been more knowledgable (yes, that's what the chat person said!). Even the delivery driver didn't know what THCa was. Lesson learned, I won't be coming back!
