We had a wonderful experience with KBB for a small bathroom remodel. Sai and his team were very professional, helpful, and efficient. The talked us through several design changes in the process and we loved the finished product. They provided a very competitive quote and a construction timeline they achieved. We're overall very satisfied with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with this company. Sai was very helpful in deciding what to buy and kept to my budget. The work was extremely well done. The employees were all helpful and responsive and I was very happy with the end product. I highly recommend this company. They will give you a fair price and do the work well and on time!

I have had the please of working with this company two times. This review is long overdue. I have used Kitchen & Bath Beyond for install vinyl flooring on my main floor and on my stairs. They also installed my new quartz counterstops and sink. Sai was in charge of both of my projects. He was so amazing during both projects. He was very responsive and prompt. His team was efficient! They respect your time and they treat you with respect. They are extremely honest. My wife and I will only work this this group going forward. I recommend them highly!!!Service: Remodelling

Bathroom remodel - superior workmanship, competitive pricing, great value. By far the best contractor experience I've ever had. I usually say that would use a contractor again if I liked them but here I will use ONLY KBB for all future remodeling. Sai - the project manager - is a professional to the core: courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, accessible. He made the process smooth and easy by explaining things, offering useful suggestions without upselling, and checking on the progress often. Wong - the guy who did the actual work - is amazing: he did the entire remodel (sans hot mopping) by himself, working long hours and completing the project in 6 days instead of two weeks. Tremendous work ethics and unparalleled workmanship! I couldn't find a single flaw that needed fixing upon completion.

The building was nice, but I think they should of hired more people inside instead of in the parking lot. I love Kitchen & Bath Beyond but this Kitchen & Bath Beyond just gave me anxiety and I was very claustrophobic.

Review is based solely off initial phone discussions. I was looking to do a full remodel of my kitchen and bathrooms. When I spoke to Sai, he seemed really knowledgeable and friendly over the phone, but he just stopped responding.I had originally wanted to move forward with this company, but the lack of communication and customer follow up were already two big red flags I couldn't look past. Ended up hiring a different GC.Edit-- Response to KBB reply: company needs to double check their own history because there were two separate properties I asked for quotes on in the past. The above review was written for a project that did not require a wall removal.

2nd time using this company, and twice, it is been great. Super-professional and they take pride in a job well done . Communication along the way was also excellent, both times. I will definitely be using them again for any and all of my home improvement jobs.

Luis and his crew were very professional and we are very pleased with our newly renovated laundry room. The process went very smoothly, with the crew showing up on time, producing quality work, and being very responsive to all my concerns. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Great company! They are professional and efficient. They go above and beyond. Jennifer is wonderful. Very helpful and patient. The crew works fast and the end result is amazing. They pay attention to detail and will happily fix any little thing you want changed. My best friend was in process of doing their kitchen and asked who we were using. They ended up using 5 Star as well and it was fun having our kitchens be "born" at the same time. :) Pics are still in finishing process as we are doing our own backsplash and painting. Very very happy, we love our new kitchen!

I have a small kitchen (11'x11') that was typical of the late 80's design-dark cabinets and white tile countertops so we decided to update to white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. Price was reasonable, Jennifer was quick to respond to my questions and best of all, the project was completed in THREE days. Will consider 5 stars again for future projects.

I had been debating a kitchen remodel for years and had received a couple of quotes. I decided to go with 5Stars and I am so very glad I did!! Jennifer was very helpful in designing a kitchen that would be more efficient and that I would enjoy more. The guys that came to di the remodel were FABULOUS! They worked quickly and efficiently and not only had the kitchen demo done in less than 3 hours but were basically done with the whole remodel in 3 days! That's unheard of!! Any issue that came up was handled professionally and promptly. I can't recommend them enough!!! I'll be back when I redo the bathrooms in my house!

After a nightmare renovation in our last home, I was wary of remodeling our "new" home. We needed a completely new kitchen, three bathrooms, new flooring and a few additional projects completed. After meeting with three contractors, I decided to hire KBB. They have a small but nice showroom with friendly office staff, and gave us a CGI of what our kitchen could look like with our design choices. They were able to start in a fair amount of time. Since we were living in the home while renovations were being done, I think it was a little more challenging for the crew. Khoi was our contractor and when issues arose, he took care of them quickly. I also added new projects on the fly and they were able to accommodate my last minute ideas. Ie: recessed lighting, adding an outdoor outlet, etc. We were happy with our completed project and would absolutely recommend KBB to our friends and family.

I'm in love with my new kitchen and Impressed with 5Stars delivery. They always kept us in the loop of each step, they have excellent communication skills and very informative. They are efficient and work fast. I am more than pleased with their work. I highly recommend them. Other quotes were higher and took double the time. Thanks 5Stars!!
