Great staff, cars, track layout, clean newer helmets and complimentary balaclavas. The only drawback were the long-ish waits; my grandson did three runs and we were there from 11:00 to 4:00. Definitely going back anyway!

From my first email Until the day of Racing was simply outstanding! The venue was well organized. The food was excellent. And Racing, top-notch! I believe this is something we will add to our calendar for next year Corvette club meeting.

We had a great time over the weekend at K-1 Speed. I took my Son and his three friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Linda, she answered all my questions with a smile on her face and was very helpful when explaining the set up and rates. OMG, the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The nachos are bomb! We will certainly be coming back to race again soon!

Great facility. Clean and safe.Staff was excellent, very friendly and patiently helpful with our oddquestions and newbie needs.Cars and helmets were clean and in great condition.Greatly appreciated the head scarfs and race result print outs.Really fun time all around.

Family friendly, Clean facility, staff were competent through out. Plenty off street parking. Efficient once through initial processing, very Fun.****Due to many levels of experience with drivers, some really fast drivers mixed with beginners makes for a frustrating experience especially at $25 per "race".. the initial processing ordeal should vet the drivers with a 1-10 scale creating a safer more enjoyable experience for everyone. Until then mind the blue and red flag and move over because some is looking pass. Get out have fun with your family. Get some bragging rights.

$64 for 2 races and $10 arcade card. Place is clean, employees are friendly and efficient. It’s a fun experience. You get 12 laps and it’s based on time not where you are on the track. They have some food and bottle drink options. Drink are about $4 so might want to bring bottled water in. Plenty of parking. We got 5 racers in on a Saturday with minimum wait. It’s fun. The cars are electric and have not power steering. They give you a face mask which is nice cause then sweat and residue does not go in the helmet.Go and have fun.

Fun place to race cars and have a party. However, the races are expensive ($28 each) and we had to wait an hour and a half for our first race. The worst part is the $7.95 annual membership fee even if we're not going to race again. They have a rule about slower traffic staying to the right to allow faster traffic to pass but didn't always enforce it.

The establishment is impeccable, the customer service representatives are very friendly, the service is excellent. The only suggestion is that the track could be a little bigger, and the cars a little faster.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the Carlsbad location. This was a reward for my 8 year old son, who had been working to earn this as a reward for a few months. He genuinely gets excited about everything. But after we left, I asked him what he thought and he said, “I don’t know, maybe we think about it before we come back and pay again.”We called a couple days in advance and were told no reservations and that we could come on Saturday. Ok no problem. Showed up at 10am with grandpa and uncle who came from out of town and we’re told there were reservations with Juniors parties and we couldn’t start until 3pm. The person at the front desk was incredibly dismissive and we had to just bite the bullet and bought tickets.Came back at 3, same kid at the front desk. Didn’t tell us anything about how it worked or what to expect. We bought 2 races and sat around for 3 hours, waiting for names to be called. When I finally asked what was going on, apparently they hadn’t put his name on the list for the second race. On the second race, my son was getting lapped by the other racers like 2-3 times. I thought maybe he was just driving cautiously but found out after we left that he was pushing the pedal all the way. Apparently he got a cart that wasn’t fully charged. Nobody at K1 did anything to address it and I didn’t find out until after we left.I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience here. This isn’t a cheap experience and was supposed to be a special occasion for my son. The management here should be training staff to be more proactive and communicative. I live 5 minutes from the Carlsbad location and would never recommend this to friends in the community.
