We bought the Rejuvinate 111 firm. After 2 years it had a huge hump on the side forming. I went to the store, since it's got a 20 year warranty and talked to an associate. They sent out a mattress specialist to measure and review the problem. After tossing a plumb bob from a chalkless chalk line across the bed and then measuring the swell on the one side, he told us they'd be back to us . We purchased the bedroom set from them as well. They determined that we were at fault because we cut off the 45 tags off the top, as well as the slats of the bed (that they sold us) were too far apart. . What a joke. We will not be buying there anymore after 20 years of our business.

LIARS and THIEVES! Ordered 3 items from the store with a promise of 10% off. All items were to be in stock. Apparently only 2 items were in stock and the 3rd wouldn't be available for another 2 months. When I asked to cancel the item, they took away any discounts offered and refunded only partially. The sales guy Gabriel wont even return my call. Horrible customer service and would not recommend anyone to purchase here. Will be contacting my credit card company.

The store is dumpy and the employees don't get along. If they value their customers, the tatted up guy (neck & face) they have in customer pick up is the LAST person one would think they'd want representing their store. What a rude, condescending individual! Extremely rude to the sales representative I had and wasn't very friendly toward myself either. He clearly doesn't enjoy his job and could care less or better yet hasn't a clue about customer service. What a POS. Jerome's....you need to do better. A LOT better. If you didn't JUST HAPPEN to have the exact piece I needed that matched what I already have, I wouldn't have bought anything there and am likely to never return either after today's experience. What an eye opener. To everyone reading this.....take your money elsewhere, this place doesn't deserve your business.

Over the past 10 years, we have purchased bedroom sets, mattress, sectional. Last month we purchased a dining room set. All have been very well made. Heavy wood, high quality. This week, we went to a competitor "A" store because we wanted an inexpensive TV stand. Ended up being a disaster, poor quality from the other store. They have a 72 hour return policy. We ended up going back to Jerome's and picked up a TV console on clearance. Again, super heavy wood, very high quality. Only had to put the legs on. Armando at the MiraMesa store is very friendly and arranged for same day pick up, even though they were booked. Will never try another store again.

Absolutely the worst advertising I've seen says no tax or finance and get 10% off. Total bullshit if you dont spend 2k. Nowhere does it says that until you go to the minuscule text. Don't buy here. Watch the commercial says 80% store wide. Absolute BS it's only on clearance and bloopers. Jerry's price is also BS.

Bought a cal king bed. The manufacturer only makes a king bed but will add filler boards on the sides to make it look like it fits a cal king mattress. We didn't know this in the store because they have the filler boards covered with the bed spread. When the bed arrived the installer didn't know what to do with the filler boards so didn't install them. So we thought they delivered a king rather than cal king. After long discussions with the salesman and service they told us it is a cal king, case closed. So we went back to the store to see what was wrong. We saw what the filler boards are for but didn't like that cheap way of making a call king out of a king so asked to return it. We were told they have an all sales are final policy so we were stuck with it. All other furniture stores allow a return. The installer also didn't leave all the screws for the filler boards so we requested it from customer service. They said they would call back to get the info in 1 to 2 weeks, just to get bolts! They never called, I had to get the bolts from the hardware store. Finally, we also bought 2 nightstands with built-in wireless phone chargers. One charger didn't work out of the box and the night stand was replaced. But the chargers are placed too far from the top surface so are very weak and only one spot on the surface works which takes 10 minutes to play around to find, making the chargers useless. Jerome's sells junk and has lousy installation and service.

The experience was pure torture. I bought $2000 mattress Opulence IV Plush. No lumbar support sagged in 2 days. No sleep for 14 days. Then was sent into store after at least 10 complaints to look at other mattresses. I made a mistake and paid 200 more money on Rejuvenate 111 plush . Another lemon. No support. No sleep. It took me 4 weeks to get all my money back. Bad.

This store is amazing - it’s huge, and has a wide variety of furniture items.We were helped by Armando. He was super helpful and walked us through a great selection of items. We found a great deal on a really good dining table set!Thank you Armando and Jerome’s!

Shopped here before. Like the stores size and easy navigation to specific areas of furniture. Never feel pressured to buy anything. Very receptive to what I need. Always feel welcome. Good products and customer service. Was greeted by Jeremy. Assisted me throughout buying process. Very nice. Very supportive in my choices and did not try to change my mind to look at more expensive items ( unlike other stores I had been too in the past). I came in with a plan and was very pleased many items online were in store to view.Customer service at check out was great.Debbie

Found the perfect rug for our daughter’s dorm room. Very plush and colorful. We were able to pick it up the same day from the RB warehouse. The carpet pad ordered was the wrong size so we left it behind at the warehouse, hoping to get a refund. Probable a simple mistake by the sales clerk. We’ve been assured that a refund for the pad is on the way. No hassles. Love this store! We’ve redone several rooms in our home with Jerome’s. Very pleased with the quality and the service.

Despite Jerome's appearing to attempt to resolve this situation in the review, they absolutely have not in reality. We've received the same response, which is they are not able to overturn the claim. They have not provided any justification for their decision or any additional clarifying information whatsoever. So my final point, if a company has to put include a rebuttal against all their BBB complaints on their website, it's a clear sign to stay away. Jerome's, you're welcome to provide any justification or your own amplifying information here for any potential future customers.

Had a great buying experience with Jeremy two day ago. I set my delivery date for two days from now when we move into a new home. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and personable with not an ounce of high pressure salesmanship. Very effective and helpful. I have never had such a great furniture buying experience. I have more furniture to buy and I’ll go back without hesitation.

We have always felt we have gotten good value at Jerome’s. This living room set replaces one we’ve been using for 20 years. We accepted direction at the front of the store for where to find what we were looking for and salespeople checked a couple of times to see if we had questions but there was no pressure. We worked with Mark and liked him. The ability to offer 3rd party delivery with disposal is a plus, though disposable as a Jerome’s service would probably be a better value.

Outstanding service! The front office was helpful in setting up the service. They showed up right when they said they would and the cleaning work was excellent and affordable. They did most of the house except the rooms I didn’t ask to be cleaned and removed stains in a bathroom I have been trying to get rid of for years. The service was far better than I expected and I will be using them again. Highly recommended.
