Jackie was genuinley the sweetest person to work with. I came to JackieJo flowers last minute for my grandmother's funeral floral arrangement and Jackie was so kind and generous and was so easy to work with. This has been truly one of the absolute best experiences i've ever had working with a florist. This company is an absolute dream and I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know. I placed an online order today at 8:45 AM. I received an email to give them a call immediately! I called them and they confirmed they will be able to deliver the flowers at the funeral service. Please keep in mind the conversation happens at 12:18pm. Now, I received an email stating they unable deliver and cancel my order. I am dissatisfied and disappointed of the lack of transparency. Now I am stress out trying to find floralist that will accommodate my request last minute.

I googled someone near by after a funeral as i wanted to gift my friend flowers for her anniversary. I called her and arrived to her location she was almost closing but she gave me the sweetest most beautiful arrangement. She wanted to make it personal and put so much love to it. I will recommend her and keep going there.

They are always going above and beyond when I place an order. I give them a budget and open canvas on what the arrangement can be & I’ve never been disappointed!! This is the only place I recommend everyone get their flowers!
