If your looking for pants in different lengths, petite, reg or long, this is a good place to online shop. If you get credit card you get 5 percent off all the time, stack sale pricing on and birthday month discount and you win big with their pricing. Down side is they charge small shipping fee, but take back inside store to save return ship fee.

The middle aged lady with a bob-cut who works here, follows you around "subtly not so really" without providing a formal greeting upon walking inside the store. Pretends to touch a few pieces of clothes nearby while taking a quick few glances at you. Had to end up speaking to her for some assistance.

Lack of Service is Their Norm. I have shopped about 5 or 6 times at this location over the past 2 years. Most of the time, your presence is not even acknowledged. Once, I even had an armload of no less than 8 items. When it became too heavy, I laid them on a table to continue shopping. All if this while I was invisible to the clerk " working on the floor". When I turned to my stack of clothes, they were gone. At that point, I made it clear that I expected those items in a changing room in a timely manner. She and the cashier expressed surprise at my presence. How do you not see a redhead? Loaded down with clothes? Just now, I returned some items ordered online that were the wrong size. That was speedy. So what is my problem? A repeat of the above. After 10 minutes of invisibility with clothes over my arm, trying to find those styles in my size, all while a clerk heartened clothes and ignoring me and the other customer, I gave up. Appalling. I had planned on purchasing about 4 more outfits, complete with jackets and scarves. The shop at Fig Garden in Fresno is staffed with friendly and helpful staff. That's probably one of the reasons why I spent over $800 there in December. From now on, I am shopping there when I visit and save the UTC store for returns as that seems to be all that they can manage to do. I guess they assumed that since I was dressed head to toe in J Jill, that there was nothing else left for me to buy.
