These socks are really hit or miss. The running and trail socks are amazing. Their Merino Liners and everyday lightweight hidden socks are so easily torn ? They replaced 2 of my pairs under their 1 year warranty and the replacements not only came in a color that I would have never ordered, they got a hole in them the first time I wore them. I will not be buying any more of their socks again.

Love their products but the store was closed at 3:00 on a Tuesday! Talk about socking it to me! Oh well, maybe next time I'm in town. Call ahead to make sure they're open before you go. In the meantime, I'll just wait for the next REI sale...

Injinji as a brand has always been my go to for toe running socks/running socks in general. They're really comfortable, stops most blisters, and have great build quality.As for the store itself, it is a great place. While the display is small, every type of sock is out on display. If your size or color isn't there, the distribution center is literally there and it is just walked over for you within a minute or two.The associate has been very friendly and knowledgeable both times I've been there. He knew what the difference was between each sock, even down to the specific measurement and padding differences. He was kind enough to offer to stay open if I needed an extra 30 minutes past closing. All in all, it really gives a lot of confidence that you can get quality products.As for other reviews stating that they had issues with returns/exchanges, it was made very clear to me that you could exchange any purchased sock by coming to the store and swapping it out right away. I don't know where they got a 11-14 week number, but that is totally incorrect.Thanks again Injinji!

Disappointed. Was expecting more from the customer service. Purchased a pair of Spectrum trail running socks, they got a hole in them after the second wear. Attempted to visit this store three times during their open hours and the door is always locked. Emailed customer support and they stated it could take up to 6-10 weeks to get a replacement.

This place has absolutely great customer service. I once came here a few years back looking for a Yakima adapter kit. They only had two partial returns in stock, but no full kits. The guy just put it together into one kit for me and had me on my way.

I LOVE these socks. In fact, these are the only socks that I wear. I refuse to wear regular socks. I've been wearing these for over 5 years now and will never go back! I used to get blisters on my toes and on the general foot pads of my feet, but after using these, I no longer suffer from blisters on my toes. I worry that this business will go out of business. It doesn't seem that REI carries them in store anymore.
