Booked an appointment last night for a broken screen for 6pm tonight. No one showed up. No phone number to call (goes to a by name directory), and no email to email. It even charged me up front last night when booking. I'm driving out of town tomorrow and needed it done before I left. You had 5 stars and I thought I could trust you. Thanks for nothing.

At 9:30 this morning I went on igeek website and scheduled an eval of my malfunctioning iphone. I input my credit card, paid $35.00, and scheduled myself for a 1:00 pm appointment using the scheduler provided on igeek website. At 12:30 pm I received a text stating that my appointment request was denied. Not impressed and thanks for the inconvenience. I hope my $35 payment didn't go through. Follow-up, later in the afternoon igeeks contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to reschedule me. I appreciate their follow-up and understand life happens and that they did their best to remedy the problem. Much appreciated, great customer service in the end.

Chris is amazing!!! A life saver. Our daughter has had her phone repaired twice now with Chris. He has always responded so quickly to our problems and repairs are always done in 10 minutes. We just panicked for the 3rd time thinking we needed another repair but Chris was nice enough to send me some solutions and they worked. Her phone is now up and running free of charge. Very upfront and honest guy. We have 3 1/2 more years at SDSU and won't take our phones anywhere else. Give iGeeks a try you won't regret it!!!

I thought I can get my tablet and phone screens, but unfortunately, the only guy who came out from the back, he wouldn't help me because it's not the brand that he fix, which is an Apple product, and he did not help direct me or refer me to anyone. I didn't feel welcome

Chris was super speedy fixing my phone screen and it works like brand new again! They also had quality cases & screen protectors so I will not be an immediate repeat customer =) I highly recommend this place to anyone in doubt!

I don't normally need phone repair services but when I do I This is the place to go. They are kind , courteous , helpful and doesn't charge if they can't fix the phone. This was especially important when my son broke his home button on his iPhone. As a matter of fact they even went out of their way to make certain that the phone worked as much as it could and until I could replace it.

Got my iPhone repaired here. It was done in about 5 minutes. Paid a little under a $100. A week after the repair, my phone fell on my kitchen table (see pic) and my screen cracked worse than before.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I rarely leave a review but these guys knocked my socks off! I showed up 10 minutes early and they were able to still get started right away. 10 minutes later (the time my actual appointment was) and they were done replacing my iPhone screen! When I was being given my phone back the guy noticed that the screen had a color spot that was not supposed to be there and offered to go get to the bottom of it. 10 minutes later I was on my way and for way less money than I was quoted over the phone.

I Geeks is the best place to go in Santa Barbara and IV to get your phone fixed. I am a yoga teacher from Boulder Colorado and the owner of the shop was so nice and gave me so many places to go visit here in SB. He made my experience getting my phone delightful. Shannon Jessica Axe

Chris is very inviting and cares a lot for her customers. He took time out of his day to assist me 2 different times with superior customer service. I would recommend iGeeks to anyone in the San Diego area who need a quick and cheap fix. 11/10 over all experience.

iGeeks repair is the best repair shop around San Diego. WAY BETTER THAN IBREAKUFIX SHOP. It may not be central to all of San Diego but it is definitely worth the trip to the shop. Tip: If you need your phone screen fixed or whatever, I would make an appointment or call Chris to double-check he has got a slot for you and your part! Read more for the "why." I recently cracked my black iPhone screen and I called Chris the next day to see if he was open and if he can do my repair for me, he said he was available and I went to the shop soon after. Once I got there, he told me that he did not have the black screen, only had a white one, and a black one would come in 1-2 days. I wanted my screen replaced desperately but did not want my phone to look 'weird or off,' so Chris offered to show how the screen would look if he put together, plus a great discount. In the end, my iPhone turned out to look pretty nice with the white screen. Chris changed my iPhone screen within a matter of 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any issues with their phone. He is responsive, prompt, and detail-oriented!
