My sister and I went in and received great customer service by Ken. Ken looked over the jewelry And gave us good honest information of his calculation about the pieces we were selling. Terrible service, unprofessional, and downright just bad. They never show up to do their jobs. Just like other reviewers have stated. They even refer me to a show across the street, that's cool though. The shop across the street is WAY better.This is the same store. Just has 2 different places to review?

Rang the bell and was buzzed in there will be two doors like most independent gold and coin stores. Walked in not know what to expect, the guard is a black poodle that will like you if it gets the chance. Right away ken says hello and asks "how can we help you?" With no pressure he lets me browse the store. Most of the expensive pieces are always locked up. So if you don't see what your looking for just ask. I brought in some jewelry that we were trying to sell and I asked ken if he could take the time to check it out, even though he was going to leave for prior engagements, he took the time to check all 30/40 pieces one by one and separated them. After separating what's real and theatrical, he tested each one right in front of me, and preceded to separate them by kt. Weighed them and gave me an offer, no pressure at all and was able to take out pieces that I wanted to keep. What was great was a previous shop told me that some of my pieces were not even real gold and they wouldn't buy it, but he confirmed every piece by weight and gave me a fair offer. Do your research before trying to sell gold jewelry. If it's going to be melded down the price will be based of the going rate of gold that day. Not by how it looks. Unless he deems it something he can sell in his show room. After it was said and done I took the cash and purchased a Gold coin, he actually gave me a fair price and cheaper than me buying it online by almost 10$. I will be back to sell more gold and try to but more gold.

Great people. Super nice and knowledgeable. Gave me a fair price. Heard my sad story about why I had to sell my mothers gold. Was a sad story but they were great. I appreciated their service. I would recommend this place.

I've sold jewelry there twice and will be back. Mr. Ken and his wife are wonderful. I wasn't selling just because but out of need and they were very sympathetic to my situation.

This place is just ridiculous. As many other reviews have mentioned, their hours are pretty much "whenever they feel like it", despite what the website, AND the sign on the door say.

Drove 20 minutes to get to the store! They had a sign up back in 10 min! Waited almost 20! Waiting for them to open..... we finely left!
