Euroflex has gone out of business and been acquired by a separate company, Mattress Makers. Mattress Makers says they will honor Euroflex warranties. They are in Miramar and La Mesa.

I bought my mattress almost two years ago, as I thought it would be a good solution for a side sleeper. I was advised by the owner, that it would be. After the mattress was delivered, my wife and I I felt it was a little too firm, so they came out and switched some of the layers to make it a little softer. Even with the pillow top, it did not feel as soft as what we tried in the store. They came to the house again and we gave it another shot. I did not find any relief from the shoulder pain, and now I am experiencing lower back pain. While I can not say for certain that the mattress is the culprit, I am uncertain what else it could be. Everyone at Euroflex was very understanding and the customer service was exemplary, but unfortunately the product has not worked out well for us.

I had a great experience at Euro-Flex while shopping for a new mattress. I went back multiple times to make sure I was choosing the right matteress, and they were very patient, and answered all of my questions. I even ended up buying new pillows as their pillows were super comfortable as well.

I've had my bed since January and I can't think of a night I didn't sleep soundly. Local company, organic latex, they deliver and build the mattress on-site. If it's too firm or too soft they'll come back and adjust a layer. Great service, excellent product

I just love my lovely new latex mattress From Euro-Flex, it is so comfortable and supportive. I am sleeping much better now! Everyone at the showroom was nice and helpful, and the delivery was just perfect. This was our second purchase from these folks, and that original mattress from years ago is still awesome too! I highly recommend purchasing a mattress from Euro-Flex! Real quality at a reasonable price.

Great experience at Euro-flex. Wonderful customer service. Babs is always so helpful. I've bought 3 mattresses, 2 mattress toppers, custom sheets, pillows, 2 adjustable bed frames. When one mattress was too firm they picked it up and had it modified to our satisfaction.

I had just returned from living in South America and was in need of a new bed. I wanted it to organic bed and discovered Euro-Flex. I purchased a queen with 2 of their pillows. It is heaven.When I moved from San Diego to Savannah and then San Francisco the only furniture that came with me was my bed. Here in San Francisco I purchased linen sheets and quilt and it is pure heaven when I go to bed at night.Thanks for making such wonderful mattresses.

I bought my mattress in January and I am enjoying it every single night. The sell people were very knowledgeable, awesome and they went above and beyond to make sure that I got the mattress I wanted. You can try in the shop the different firmness levels and choose the one you like . For our mattress we choose 2 different firmness level. You also have one month to change the firmness if you are not happy with it. We have been very happy with our choice since the very beginning and we highly recommend this place .

We have purchased several Euro-Flex bed sets for our personal use and for our short-term-rentals. We have never, in our several years of experience with Euro-Flex beds, had a single complaint from our hundreds of guests. We can highly recommend them for both comfort and wear.

First, let me tell you that you will find outstanding customer service, quality product and service at Euro-Flex! it's like a boutique experience. The mattress I purchased about 1 year ago is so comfortable, and my back pain is gone!!! no need to go to the chiropractor anymore! The lady at the store was very helpful and patient. This store is very different from other stores because you can customize the firmness of the mattress by switching layers of latex. My husband and I picked 2 different density based on our preference hence I mentioned the lady's patience. Also I have emailed her regarding the attachment for a bad frame, and she was so quick to provide all the information I needed. We got the adjustable base and the staff delivered and installed it and made sure that everything was working properly. They were very nice and professional. I highly recommend them :)
