This store has turned around. Rob, great job! Your team at this location has been extremely helpful and kind. Cassie, Jonathan, and Kevin....you guys have all been such a pleasure to work with over the phone. I can always hear the smile in their voices when they assist me and that doesn't go unnoticed. This location is a Great store: super friendly staff, easy access to products, and fair prices. Last week, I had a problem with a paint match to a color chip; Rob, the store manager, personally handled my dilemma until he solved it. In addition, he educated me on things about paint and painting I needed to learn. I'm a devoted customer!

I used to like to come here. Just today, some guy told me that I can’t leave my old paint gallon cans here like I’ve done for over 10 years. I had just unloaded 6 gallons, then he comes out and tells me I’ve gotta take them back home. He claims his “bin are full”. Even if that is true, he could still hold on to them until Friday when they will be emptied. I was also going to buy new paint today. But due to the way I think he handled this unprofessionally, I will no longer be coming back to this location. I hope this is just a franchise policy and not Company policy but maybe I’ll be contacted by the company to help get this store issue resolved.

This place had very attentive service .Parking available. Very friendly They greeted each customer with respect and I found the employees take the time to attend to your request . The products are great. I needed a matching color and they took the time until they perfected it . Convenient location in Pacific Beach .

The store is a little slow and doesn't really seem to have their act together to service a contractor. I went there for a part that's only they had and I stood around for 10 minutes before anybody would give me the time of day. Then even though I phoned ahead and had them reserve the part, nobody seemed to know what was going on.
