This is now a PNC Bank and I had a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was kind, patient, and helpful. I hope they open more PNC locations south of here with the same customer service!

Absolute DISASTER!!! Soooo disappointed in PNC (and BBVA for doing this)...VERY irresponsible. Three weeks in and I still have no online access to my account, after numerous calls, online messaging AND two trips to my local branch. PNC should be ASHAMED.

COSTUMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. MAKE A WITHDRAW WITH OUT A DEBIT CARD, THE REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME THE CASH I WANTED. MAKE A DEPOSIT WITH CHECK IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS IT WAS CLEARED ON MY ACCOUNT.

Absolute terrible service! Have had account with them over three years. Each time I take a check in for deposit they place a ten day hold on it. Never a returned item in my history. The manager Ryan is useless.

This is the worst experience with a bank I’ve had in my entire life. I tried to set up a business credit card here, and it has been nothing but trouble! I can’t even pay my card online so have to come in person every month to pay (it’s 2020 people), and staff don’t seem to care or prioritize my time whatsoever. The manager gave me his business card but never actually responds to any email, so what’s the point? They don’t seem to care about my business at all, but I’m definitely going back to Chase.

Do not bank with this unethical institution. They conveniently don't alert you when these weasels withdraw your money for themselves. SDCCU is a much better banking option.

Thank you to BBVA Mira Mesa for providing such excellent customer service. I arrived 10 mins before closing yesterday evening. I needed to take care of a pretty large transaction. Vu (bank teller) and his Manager did a great job assisting me as well as providing additional recommendations that would further assist my needs. I would highly recommend this location to serve your banking needs. Additional information: Banking hours on YELP are current and Masks are required.

I have been a member with BBVA for almost 10 years and I haven't has bad service till now. In the moment of need they didn't care one bit. I used my Visa Debit at a gas pump in El Cajon and my card info was skimmed. Over the next 3 days BBVA let the criminal use card info at a shady ATM in El Cajon 8 times. When i was finally alerted it stopped. I found the guy and I have video and photos of him and BBVA is still holding my money like I am making it all up. They say they need to investigate it. When I ask the gas station owner if my bank has contacted him says he hasnt heard from them one time. What is there to investigate? Just give me back my money!!!! Don't use your Debit card at a gas pump. K

Don’t do your business in this bank, we have a savings account here, but maybe not for long, they didn’t let my 2 year old use the restroom, I had to go run down to Home Depot so she can go.

This isn't a second chance for bank accounts. It falsely advertising as a second chance. They still check your credit and history of what is in chexsystems then they close the account . Customer service is a call center in Columbia, easy target on identity theft by giving your info!!!!!
