I dont know if they don't get customer service training but If I have a question of an issue being told to just to return the item and pretty much feeling like I was being brushed off. I'll be shopping at Oreilltd where the employees know how to treat customers.

Don’t waste your time walking into this store. Just moved to the area and I went for windshield wipers and Nick was super unhelpful and rude. If you walk in, ask for anyone else, other than Nick if you want to actual help. If you prefer one of the laziest customer service experiences you’ve ever had, please go see Nick. Not coming back for sure.

This review is overdue by a couple years! But I want to thank Philly and this Autozone location for being so awesome when I lived in this neighborhood for a short time.I think Philly was a manager and helped me switch out my wiper blades which were a real pain in the bottom to get the old ones off, and he really took the time needed to complete the project, that I don't think I could've done myself.I had a stressful move right after and life has been stressful ever since, so I apologize to Philly and Autozone for having difficulty and busyness in life, and also with being able to search out how to leave a review and all that, so please forgive this delay and thank you again for your great service there! Everyone else has always been helpful there and I was grateful to live near this Autozone when I did.

I had the best experience with Geronimo at Auto Zone in Mission George location. I called and needed a battery. He was kind, walked me through finding all information, gave me options at a fair price. Him and his co worker made my experience so fantastic. I recommend them for any auto expertise. Thank you!

I always come here and had a 5 star experience but Today I was treated with so much disrespect . I asked for employees name but the other employee who did help me and tried to defend him only made excuses and defended him after he let another man cut me , checked him out answered the phone hung up , let me stand there and walked to the back like I didn’t exist I then asked are you not open and he just said no and ignored me when I told him he could of said something since I had been standing there the longest and he only attended the male customer . This happened at 11:30am today 12/28/23.

This location is amazingg. They have what you need in stock, can help with battery installation same day, and are committed to giving you quality care and service. I had a warranty on an old battery that was being switched out. I was encouraged to get my refund, which was sooo worth it. I practically got the battery for free. The whole process was smooth, easy, and honestly made my day. I don't go to autozone often lol but when I do, I will just be using this location for a guaranteed good experience. Thank y'all so much
