I have taken my VW Atlas to Autoexcel for the last 2 years. Borris is great. This time around my water pump needed to be replaced. He recommended I contact the dealer to check of the part was under warranty. It turns out it was. Other mechanics would have kept this information to themselves to make Borris has always been honest with me..His service is 2nd to none. I truly recommend Autoexel

Boris knows what's he's doing. I've taken my VW Passat in for service multiple times now and have gotten it back satisfied every time. Fair prices and only recommends the service your car needs, no upselling here. Looking forward to being a customer here for a long time!

I've known Boris for 10+ years and he has serviced various Volkswagen cars in our family and, like many of the reviews here, I can wholeheartedly recommend him and Autoexcel. From his thorough review of every vehicle I have serviced with him to the detailed explanation of the issue and repair, Boris has always been very thorough. One time he even found an incorrect washer the dealership had used during a warranty job! In my most recent visit which entailed some squeaky breaks, Boris took the time to inspect the pads and even take the car for a drive with me. Boris knows when your car needs something and certainly tells you when it does not. I respect that honesty; it's a virtue some dealerships lack. I'm grateful for all of Boris' service!

Highly recommend Boris and his expertise. Cracked my oil pan late at night and the shop AAA towed it to quoted me a very high price so I looked around for quotes eventually finding Boris at Autoexcel. His quote was very fair and lower than the other shops I went to and he was very reassuringly helpful in explaining the intricacies of the repair so I knew what was going on. Being my Golf is on the older side many shops did not even want to touch it and to be fair Boris was apprehensive but he had me back on the road within the day. During my time with him, Boris was honest, professional and took pride in his work. If you have a VW in the SD area I cannot recommend Boris enough.

I've been taking my VW Golf to Boris since 2019. His services are always quick and he is very professional. He is also very kind and fair, and takes the time to explain what he means in layman's terms after referencing car parts/functions that the average person (me) may not understand. As a young woman who has encountered many snarky, sleazy auto repairmen, I especially appreciate Boris for never patronizing me and for being honest about what services my car ACTUALLY needs, and also what services could probably wait, which is so rare to find. His kindness and patience really go a long way, and I have recommended him to all my friends with Volkswagens. Thank you Boris!!

Boris is a top level mechanic, highly recommended! I have been brining my 2012 Passat here for over 5 years for everything from regular service to bigger fixes and he has always delivered with high quality work.you will find fair prices, multiple options, quick fix and a great customer service. My car had an issue and the owner was kind enough to see me in short notice. He checked my car and oriented me on the best things that could be done to my car without breaking the bank. The service was promt and good quality. The owner answered all my questions in depth and replaced oil draining plug for no charge. Tips and advice for long term health of the vehicle was also provided!

It's hard to find an honest, friendly and trustworthy shop these days. As a first time customer, Boris was very attentive to my car throughout the service. He also addressed a water pump leak which needed to be replaced. Because the car was still under warranty, he strongly recommended that I contact a VW dealer directly to get it replaced, and I did the next day. This was above and beyond customer service. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend Boris to friends and colleagues that own VW or Audi cars.
