Yes, I love their style of clothes! I've bought so many pieces from the Palo Alto store. However, during my recent visit on October 7, 2023 to this location during the afternoon, the staff did not offer to help me. I had approximately 6 pieces to try on and no one helped me find sizes I needed or a fitting room. I went to the cashier and she just pointed towards the fitting room. There were at least three employees working and discussing how much money they needed to make to hit their daily mark, but no one could be bothered to help me. There was probably one other patron in the store, so it wasn't busy. Anyways, needless to say I left without purchasing anything from the store that day. There were plenty of other stores willing to help me find products and clothes I needed.

Love the handbag that I bought at their Fashion Valley Store.It looks unique and original creation.Affordable price for its quality. Grateful to have a good and attentive salesman ( super helpful.)I will start collecting ALL SAINTS handbags now while they're still affordable

They ignore you from the moment you walk in. In fact there was no one on the sakes floor for at least 10 min. One they did appear the conversation among the two salespeople was far more important than waiting on customers. They gave me false information about shipping charges online and to just order the shirt I wanted in my size on the website. Went to South Coast instead and they cared and made the experience much more authentic. Fashion Valley is just not professionally staffed. So don't bother going there.

Thank the lord for Arturo because he seriously saved my life. My very first leather I ever bought for myself was from All Saints was stolen 3 months after I bought it. Absolutely devastated, I had to just immediately go buy another. Unlucky for me, they were completely out of stock, other than ONE in my size in Northern California. Arturo was able to pull some strings and get the jacket down here. I can't even describe how grateful I am for him, his kindness, and his hospitality, despite the difficulty he may have had to go through. Thank you Arturo !! Can't wait to shop with you again!!!

This has always been my favorite brand for a couple years now and the store always has something I like. The customer service at this location however is terrible. The past couple of times I've shopped there I got absolutely no greeting or help from the 2 male associates and I'm usually the only one in the store. Not only is it unprofessional but it makes the shopping experience pretty awkward. I had to go up to him to get his attention for a size cause I guess he was too busy on his phone. He rang me up and just stood there in silence not saying a word. Not a good look when you have that kind of attitude paired with the pretty pricey clothes that they sell. There is one girl that works there that is super nice and always attentive which is why I was generous with the 3 stars.
