Due to a recent merger, I contacted All Roads to cancel one of our 2 satellite phones as the new company was consolidating equipment. Zach was so helpful and able to quickly provide me the information I needed to cancel the line. Being a small mineral exploration company, All Roads satellite service has been a great asset to us for a number of years, especially in remote areas of rural Nevada and providing a sense of security to our field staff and contractors. Their service and monthly costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you for providing such reliable service.

I've been a customer with a 9505a since 2011. I've used this service and phone in Mexico, Asia and very remote areas of the US West. This phone has been used at every type of disaster you can think of. I did have dropped calls, but where I was, I'm thankful for any communication at all. I think my family, coworkers and those I served were too. Special thanks to Zachary Stark for all his help and my recent addition of an InReach Mini.

I was speaking with Zachery yesterday and he reminded me that I had been a customer since 2011. I’ve had the same phone, same battery and same good service. I am a Fire Chief. Thinking back, this phone has served on the front line of so many tragic events. The service has brought peace to those who needed it so bad. It provided my family and coworkers security. When a machine, people and service are so reliable you can take them for granted. Zachery tell your team thanks for serving along side all of us.

All Road Sat is All the Best! My initial contact with the company was incredible. Not knowing much about Satellite phones ,Zack was extremely helpful in choosing a phone and educated & consulted us on the best plan to meet our needs. While talking with us he was professional,friendly and attentive. We found All Road to have fantastic deals with the best prices on the market.

We wanted a sat phone “just in case” we had no reception at Lake Mohave and there was an emergency. I called All Road Sat and was dealing with Zack. This was all last minute on my part... being local, I was going to pick up the phone but Zack said he’d be in the area where I wanted it shipped and would drop it off. Hands down A+ in customer service! The phone, I went with Zacks suggestion, we didn’t need much...it was just in case. Thankfully we didn’t have any emergencies but since we had the airtime, we checked in on our pets and housesitters. Opted to save to drop off phone instead of sending back. Office was easy to find, ladies in the office were friendly and helpful with my return. Overall, Great experience, great equipment, great customer service. I will recommend All Road Sat to anyone needing a Sat Phone!
